  1. Democrats are beating themselves. So divided that they cannot get support behind one candidate. Bernie is so liberal that he'd never beat Trump, and Biden is a dinosaur. Stupid snowflakes can't get their shit together, it's embarrassing.
  2. Not what I saw. Switched on in the 60th minute and saw what we've seen much of the season. Defend more than attack and hoof the ball up front, only to lose it. Killie had sustained pressure and we couldn't keep the ball. Minimal build up play, and I don't think I saw a shot on goal from us. Gave up around the 80th minute and switched off. Looking forward to summer, a cup run is masking a horrible season.
  3. We have Logan, Hernandez, Devlin, Considine, and Taylor, plus I think Leigh is back in training, plus Campbell can fill in at left back. Think Hoban is a win-win cheap option right now and we address the bigger picture in the summer.
  4. I've said this before, McInnes gave Cosgrove an extended run and it took him a good few games to get going. What if we gave Anderson that? Or dare I say it, even Main???
  5. I think a step back and a reflective eye has to be taken here, and hopefully Dave Cormack is doing that. The performances are poor and have been for a while (2 seasons or so), it's not entertainment, and there is an increasing discontent amongst fans. If you take a look at DM he's in scramble mode, we get different line ups, personnel, formations etc on a weekly bases. Nothing is breeding confidence or inspiring, plus his winter signing of McGeouch was an odd one (and I'm sure expensive), we didn't need that position.....and that's a concern since it was obviously approved by someone. No clue where Cormack stands with McInnes but it's still a wide open season. We could go to a cup final and finish 3rd or easily lose to St Mirren this weekend and finish 5-8th, nothing would surprise me. Has Cormack said much in the media about DM and the product on the aprk?
  6. Looks like the huns league season has gone to shit, much like our own, any chat of Getrard for the sack yet or is Europe keeping him alive, much like our cup win at Killie giving DM some relief? Interesting that May is scoring, has he topped his aberdeen total of goals yet in his return to st Johnstone?
  7. Another week and more excuses from DM. Yes we were down to 10 but with our budget and ability that’s a game we should win. The comments about being exhausted are a fucking joke, we have a big enough squad to freshen things up and beat the team with the worst defense in the league at home. As I mentioned earlier, saw little of the game but from what I saw it was more long ball shit. Blame that, not fatigue. And from what I read it could have been worse than 2-1.
  8. Saw very little of the game but from what I saw it was so much long ball shite. Don’t want to blame Cosgrove and he’s had a good season overall but when he plays our style of play most often is fucking long ball awful.
  9. No real clue what to expect tomorrow, in terms of formation or personnel. Not sure how much Wednesday took out of certain players, but given we are playing one of the so called weaker teams at home, I'd suggest DM will go for - Lewis Taylor-McKenna-Considine McGeouch Kennedy-Ferguson-Bryson-McLennan Main-Cosgrove 3 at the back didn't work at Killie but I think he'll run it out again and he's been gambling/scrambling of late that I think he'll go with 2 up top. I also think he'll stick by his heavy hitter signings despite what happened at Killie since they'll be fresher. The only other thing we may see is Hedges for Kennedy depending how much Wednesday took out of Kennedy. 3-1 us. Cosgrove, Main, Ferguson
  10. Only fair we give Connor Johnston some credit. Comes on in the 118th minute, decks Ferguson for the penalty then scores the winner. Without him we’re oot!
  11. It’s most definitely a battle. We are 5 ahead of sixth placed Hibs, and since the beginning of December, in the league we’ve won 3 drawn 4 and lost 5, by no means consistent form. On any given day we can see any sort of formation or line up. The Hamilton performance was solid and the Celtic game had positives, but I don’t think anyone can predict what is to come. We’ve got a tough run in. We’ll most likely see top 6 Hibs, Livi, and Motherwell twice, as well as the ugly sisters post split. Of our remaining games only 3 are against most likely bottom 6 teams. One is Killie away which will be tough, and another against hearts who are battling for their lives. It really is a tough run in. I think one of the biggest decisions DM has to make is what to do with our main forward. Cosgrove has banged in goals and has been talked up so much this season, but he’s way off form. Two games dropped and performances were decent. Are we going to rely on Curtis Main? That’s a hell of a gamble...
  12. Ha, funny old game, only saw the last 20 minutes and we looked shit. Hayes missed, good save from Lewis, Celtic scored, then Edouard missed an absolute sitter, and we created nothing other than a header from McKenna. Usual play with minimal passing. What did we do the other 70? And what line up, I assume back to 4 at the back??
  13. Certainly not getting carried away with Main. However, I think he’s motivated and playing with a point to prove, Cosgrove hasn’t looked interested of late. To be honest, not got a lot of confidence in either.
  14. Unfortunately I don't see it that way. We have been struggling to create and score (obviously) so we saw more risks taken against two weaker teams, and DM was, for sure, under a bit of pressure. Playing Celtic is very different and I saw Logan getting a run last night because I expect us back to the traditional back 4 with Logan at RB. I just don't see him being creative and taking risks against Celtic. I expect a dour, absorb pressure, 4-5-isolated 1 we have seen many times before.
  15. Couldn't be worse timing playing Celtic. A bit of positive beating a bottom/second bottom side while taking risks and experimenting, just don't see DM taking any risks against Celtic. I totally expect a 4-5-1 Lewis Logan-Devlin-McKenna-Considine Kennedy-McGeouch-Ojo-Ferguson-McGinn Main It's not a risk playing Main, I don't see why he would play an off form Cosgrove who likes a good booking/red v Celtic too. 0-2, no scorer.
  16. And Curtis Main found his level today???
  17. Of course, the first game in a while I don’t get to watch. So what is going well? Two up top? Are we a 3-5-2??
  18. Definitely a manager under stress, tombola time. 3-5-2 for this one as called by slim but not quite sure it's a 3-6-1??? Gutted for Campbell who was man of the match then benched, and for Anderson who bangs goals in for fun yet is behind Curtis fucking Main... This is my guess.... Lewis Devlin-McKenna-Considine McLennan-Ojo-Ferguson-Mcgeouch-Kennedy McGinn-Main
  19. No clue what to expect tonight. I don't think we have bad players, I think we're just poorly coached. We could easily lose 1-0 tonight, but at the same time I could see us romping it 5-0. Who knows. I'll say 3-1 us, Main, Kennedy, and Ferguson.
  20. Didn’t watch the second half. Don’t care about the wind, bbc stats say one shot on target. Was the second half that bad? Same coach, same strategy, same tactics, same result. I understand we had plenty of possession but I’m assume it was, surprisingly, a lack of creativity???
  21. Half time. Bit more attacking intent but zero goal threat. Did we have a shot on goal? Keeper make a save? Don’t think so.
  22. So our two newest signings are dropped and Dean Campbell comes in. No clue what McInnes is thinking???
  23. Tommie Hoban has apparently accepted the invite to train with us and joins up next week. Hopefully he’s the creative #10 we so desperately need! Reeks of desperation ??
  24. I'm curious to know our record since we went with Cosgrove as our permanent starter in attack. That's when we committed to the shite predictable long ball garbage when our ball playing/passing style was better than most. While Cosgrove has scored, how has it impacted our play and the team record??
  25. Fair enough. I will add, very disappointed in McGinn Hedges and Kennedy today. We had 3 creative players together on the field for 45 mins and little was created. I really don't see Kennedy bringing much different to Wilson or McLennan so far. Cosgrove was piss too which isn't abnormal. Something is seriously wrong. The draw with Rangers was 'easy' since nothing was really expected and we were happy to simply defend. But today's another game where it's clear we are hopeless in attack.
