SeeBass Posted July 25 Report Posted July 25 (edited) I was just looking to do some bets on previous teams we've played in my lifetime as an Aberdeen fan. I've just learned that Dnipro-1 who were formed from our former friends going bankrupt have also died just a few years after they were born due to same reason. Were suppose to play Hungary's Puskas Akademia in Europa Conference League qualifiers tonight but Hungarian outfit been given a 6-0 walkover and progress into next round of qualifying. Why do so many new clubs on the continent barely last five years nowadays? I'm sure Daugava Riga from the 2014 qualification phase are also no more. Edited July 25 by SeeBass Grammar error. Quote
DantheDon Posted July 25 Report Posted July 25 Without looking it up I would assume that Dnipro going bankrupt would have a lot to do with the current situation in Ukraine. 1 Quote
manc_don Posted July 26 Report Posted July 26 Daugava we’re done for match fixing weren’t they? Quote
tom_widdows Posted July 27 Report Posted July 27 Based on the history of clubs from Daugava its surprising they lasted as long as they did 1 Quote
