Jute Posted August 30 Author Report Posted August 30 First of the two second preliminary round ties were tonight. Bo’ness Athletic from the East of Scotland 2nd division beat West of Scotland Premier side Kilwinning Rangers 2-0 and East of Scotland Premier side Tynecastle beat Glasgow Uni of West of Scotland 3rd division side 4-0. Was at Meggetland for the Tynecastle game and it is a great stadium to watch football at and better than some league grounds. Quote

Jute Posted September 28 Author Report Posted September 28 Was never a 4-0 game. Dalkeith played well and you would not have thought they were 3 divisions below Broxburn for the majority of the game. In the other tie played last night Tynecastle lost 3-2 to Hill of Beath. Quote

Jute Posted October 26 Author Report Posted October 26 All today’s results. Few shocks with Inverurie going out to midland league Dundee North End, East Fife losing to Highland League Banks O’Dee and Spartans losing to lowland league Cowdenbeath being the biggest. Quote
