BigAl Posted October 3 Report Posted October 3 Celtic away on 19th of this month and an adult ticket is costing fucking THIRTY SEVEN Pounds. Pricing for football in this country is getting beyond a joke and something needs to be done. The point of this thread is not just to have a go at the tattie munchers, but to address the bigger picture of ticket pricing generally Personally I don't have the answers as to how this is rectified but curious to hear if anyone does have any thoughts on this issue. 2 Quote

Panda Posted October 3 Report Posted October 3 Aberdeen aren't much better to be honest. We're charging Hearts £32 on Sunday and it's not exactly the best facilities in the away end either (I was in it for the Hacken game). Quote

In fairness Panda that was my point, in saying it wasn't just about having a go at them. No club in Scotland should be charging these prices. We'll end up going down the same path as Premier League down south without the standard of product if we're not careful. I realise our TV deal is nothing like the same level but look at the pricing in Germany for league games 1 Quote
Jute Posted October 3 Report Posted October 3 Supporters clubs were offered £34 “restricted view” tickets for Parkhead. Absolute rip off but as Al says they are not the only ones. United charged Dundee over £30 for recent derby and fully expect Hearts and Hibs to charge us well over £30. Quote
Panda Posted October 4 Report Posted October 4 Just went to buy Aberdeen v Rangers tickets and it's £35, including for the RDU which is essentially restricted view. Quote
