Anyway, apologies for continuing the disruption to the thread entitled "Transfer Window". (also no idea what Vujadinovic means) 1 Quote

RicoS321 Posted January 11 Report Posted January 11 Welcome aboard Sandy. If we keep trying Jensens, we're bound to get a good one soon. Quote

Was some session in town. anyway back on topic, welcome aboard Jensen. Would be good to see a striker through the door next! Quote

He played (terribly) at RB for a bit but was predominantly a CB. If I remember correctly Anderson played RB mostly while Solberg played in the middle and wasn’t until 2002 or so that Anderson moved into the middle. LB would have been Jamie McAllister or Andy Dow depending if Dow was in midfield or not. Oct 2001 down at Almondvale, Solberg definitely played left back. IIRC it was Whyte and Phil McGuire in the middle back then as Anderson was on his way back from a leg break Quote

I think you're right though, that Solberg did play the last few minutes at left back when Anderson came on for McAllister. I don't think it continued into future fixtures. Quote

tlg1903 Posted Sunday at 14:20 Report Posted Sunday at 14:20 Oh, BTW, I found Okkels on football manager just after he signed. If his stats in game are even remotely accurate (and the fm database is usually a good ballpark 2bf) he should be a very good player at this level imo 1 Quote
tlg1903 Posted Monday at 00:16 Report Posted Monday at 00:16 Alfie Dorrington in on loan from spurs appears to be a thing. 6ft 4, 19 yo CB who made his PL debut recently. Quote
OrlandoDon Posted Monday at 01:08 Report Posted Monday at 01:08 Can we assume left sided central defender? while another wide midfield player would be nice, we have Morris topi and okkels now, and attacking center mid I’m actually intrigued to see if pape can be a decent 10 with competition from clarkson. A number 9 is essential in this window, but the rest can be summer. as for going out, Macdonald, duk, McGrath this window, maybe Mackenzie?? Ambrose out on loan? Quote

I watched him in the hearts game and I can only liken him to a stick floating down a river. he bumps into everything, mostly unintentional. Sometimes the ball comes to him, and both he and the ball go spinning off in a different direction until the overall force of the river re-directs the ball back in the correct direction. Quote
