Score definitely flattered us and the penalty save was huge. Agree most of the subs had a positive impact. Still think morris is best off the bench, but I’d really like to see Vinny start on the left if McGrath is out for a few games. I also think duk can have the impact morris does in the second half if fresh, just don’t think he does enough as a starter. I highlighted nisbet because I thought he looked a step quicker and sharper, and a goal and an assist was a great return from him. I see nisbet regaining his starting position next game.

Have finally watched the highlights back and being able to see the third I missed, what vision from nisbet btw. On a sixpence. Vinny obviously still had a decent amount to do, but that quick thinking is what we’re used to from Clarkson. Superb.

McGrath back after international break.

Minor op to tidy something up apparently.

Not just vision, it’s not an easy pass, especially from a standing position with very limited back swing. I’d say a better pass than the McGrath-sokler at parkhead and that certainly got praise. I will add it’s the first game nisbet has impressed me. Lively sharp and hard working, plus got some decent attempts on goal. Sokler doesn’t really create that much for himself, nisbet looked fit and hungry!

Aye first thing I said to my pal when he came one was "he's lost at least half a stone in weight".
