Was just away to post to say Okkels had started the second half really well and could see him scoring. Not sure we needed to take him off for Morris. Likewise the Devlin/Mackenzie sub doesn't really fix any glaring issue that I could see.

@tlg1903 We might have a spare ticket for today if you are looking for 1. Will know in next hour or so.

Sorry mate, just saw this.  Didn't get out of inverness this weekend in the end but thanks for thinking of me buddy 🙏

Good result, probably just need one more win to avoid the drop. Back four were very good, as was Devlin when he came on. Jensen was fine on the left when he moved there. With three good fullbacks, I expect we'll just have to get used to rotation, which is fine.

Thought Palaversa was decent. Gueye did a lot of work. Keskinen with an absolute beauty. I'd probably give MOTM to Nisbet though. Thought he put in a great shift, got in front of his man regularly and used the ball well, and quickly. He looked a very intelligent player today, and a goal and an assist is good going.

There were good bits about us at times.Defence looked good,Devlin great when he came on,Keskinen and Okkels more involved today.Wee bit disjointed sometimes, but not unexpected with the changes in line ups.Morris a bit of a let down when he came on,but all in,just relieved to get that win

Did Mackenzie cross the half way line? Don’t recall one attacking run for him. He’s a shadow of his former self at present. Both Delvin and Jensen offer more. You also saw a rested Delvin who looks like he’s getting back to himself.

Really liking our attacking midfield at present. Far from perfect but the strength mobility pace and interchangeability of topi gueye and okkels is a big plus for me. Okkels a hand in the first, topi scores the second, and gueye will create and score for us. Hoping our new 9 adds to this but I will say the mobility of this 3 allows nisbet to be a penalty box player.

No problem shifted them any way.

Maybe just being at the game but that was not great. Two poor teams. Great strike by Keskinen and good to get a win but not going to say that I enjoyed that.

Wasn't at the game but from watching the stream that was my impression too - we played like a team that just wanted to get rid of a dismal record, and Dundee played like, well, Dundee.  Scrappy, no fluidity and lots of loose play, and a large chunk of the first half was closer to volleyball than football.

Hopefully now that the monkey is off our back we can build confidence and start exerting some control in games.

Don’t think anyone has said it was enjoyable or we played well. But it’s progress and a win. And there were some positives.

Morris fuck sake

Check which end we're attacking 🙄

Just like in Elgin when he chested the ball down in our box, lost it because it's not a 5-a-side game and  it resulted in their 1 big chance.  He's good 1-1 in their final third apart from that he's a liability.

It’s also the modern game at the moment. Build out the back and risk is taken. But doing that when you are Liverpool, man city, arsenal is one thing. At the same time, I don’t think we’ve been as ‘cute’ of late and have pumped it long or cleared it more frequently. But agree, other than 1v1 and in the attacking half, Morris doesn’t offer much.

At 1 point in the second half when we had a corner they cleared, he sprinted back and was able block their attempt to play it down the touchline.
