New Phone Number for AFC

Not exactly major news, but at least they've done something about the shitty queuing system.

Aberdeen Football Club have gone back in time and re-launched their old phone number with the help of a few familiar faces!

 

The Aberdeen number 63 1903 will be the customer service number replacing the existing 087 1983 1903.

 

All fans should now use 01224 63 1903 for all ticket enquiries and bookings.

 

The club will however retain the 087 1983 1903 number as an information line for up and coming matches, as well as to contact other club services like the Club Shop and RedLottery.new ticket office number 63 1903

 

The number change has been implemented following feedback from some fans who experienced problems with the queueing system during high volume periods at various stages throughout the season. The 63 1903 ticket hotline supports up to 10 incoming calls at once, returning an engaged tone if all 10 lines are in use. There will be no queuing system in effect.

 

The new number coincides with the launch of the 2008/09 season ticket prices. For more information on season tickets click here.

Good to see the feedback -3 emails- they received from me, which were never even acknowledged, have contributed in some way to getting rid of the rip-off the fans phone number
