Guest Denbo Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 God, and we think we're shite! Your not great, In fairness. Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 God, and we think we're shite! That's just it, we have been abysmal in the league and little better in the cups and we finished ahead of United (great season ) and of Hibs, without doubt the greatest team on the planet, they're just unlucky. TheChimp Posted May 23, 2008 Report Posted May 23, 2008 Oh I was guffawing to many about this situation. Quote
glasgow sheep Posted May 23, 2008 Report Posted May 23, 2008 signed United: Best season in years Hibs: another superb season from the brazil/holland of scottish football And yet again we finished above both!!! Oh and where are hearts??? Crap season, but if this is a crap season I can't wait for next season Quote
KGB Posted May 23, 2008 Report Posted May 23, 2008 Isn't it amazing how our 'crap' season is one of our best season in years Quote
glasgow sheep Posted May 24, 2008 Report Posted May 24, 2008 anyone else make money of stupid arabs who thought they would finish higher than us this season? Quote
KGB Posted May 24, 2008 Report Posted May 24, 2008 Taking money from the hard of thinking must be some sort of offence Quote
Reekie_Red Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 Our squad gets battered and bruised by some of Europe's finest footballers. An extended cup run in both cup competitions sees only Rangers play more games than us. But it still goes almost completely unnoticed that we finish 4th place. The media were creaming themselves when United were switching between 3rd and 4th earlier in the season. Dunno why I'm moaning. The Dons have always been shunned by the media. Who are we to care? I don't actually care, I think it is a good thing and certainly doesn't put pressure on our boys (though that doesn't explain why they fail miserably sometimes ). I'd much rather keep this steady process of progress unnoticed by the broader press, obviously it would be nice to see complimentary articles about our season in the Times Quote
