jmo Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 Hmm, those were quite interesting. A pity to see the average home attendance is just over 11,000 though, I don't understand why so few Aberdeen fans turn up to games, yet seem to talk about Aberdeen related things as much, if not more, than I do. Sonoftherock Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 Pretty obvious where we need to improve next season! Quote

Our support has been dwindling for a long time now. As I've mentioned before, the future looks extremely bleak too! SKYs blanket coverage of the EPL is that all kiddies are interested in these days... They're not going to bother paying money to watch Mackie and Foster down at a freezing cold pittodrie, when they could bide in and watch Rooney & Ronaldo on the box! We're in the process of losing an entire generation IMHO. Quote
jmo Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 Thats a pity, going to watch the football is one of the highlights of the week in my opinion. Quote

mizer Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 This graph shows we let in lots of goals after halftime. Quote
Sonoftherock Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 This graph shows we let in lots of goals after halftime. Quite interesting... our defending after the interval clearly drops off quite considerably. Not really sure why this happens/how to prevent it though. Conditioning not quite right? Quote
stoney Posted May 30, 2008 Report Posted May 30, 2008 I made this point last year - players come out of half time looking confused Quote

Kowalski, I think you are confusing Stoney wi Jager?! Alot of interesting statistics GS, though just like mini-skirts, they give you good ideas but hide the most important thing Quote
