SeeBass Posted October 2, 2009 Report Posted October 2, 2009 Bobby, I never try and influence anybody on my selections. Yes I only ever bet on the European stuff I can`t think of a better thing to waste some money on. I blame Theo Snelders for this. His spell at The Dons got me into the continental scene big style. I was a little unlucky last night because in the three winners picks Galatasaray (1-1) let me down in one and FC Twente 0-0 in the other so I nearly had three of six up. All in all only three of my teams lost Benfica, Villarreal and Politechnica Timosoara the culprits. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted October 2, 2009 Author Report Posted October 2, 2009 yeah, I do it manc. Needless to say I've won the square root of fuck all on it. Quote

You heard it here first Lee, don't say you weren't warned. Quote
SeeBass Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 GlasgowDon, Can`t take you`re money with you as they say! I`ve had eight or nine up so far this season meaning they`ve pretty much paid for my whole year`s European bets. If I`ve had to put anything towards the £40 I spend each matchday then it`s pretty minimal. Quote
paulinho Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 @SeeBass - If you like to dabble in live bets then it's worth putting some money on the Italian Under 20s against Spain Under 20s that is playing just now. Spain have had a player sent off after half an hour and you can still get odds of 3/1 for Italy. Quote
SeeBass Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 Paulinho I never bet on anything I can`t see. Not as enjoyable as witnessing something go completely tits up for you or romp home in style. Quote
paulinho Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 @Seebass - The Under 20 World Cup is televised so you can watch every game. Quote
SeeBass Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Japan (1/2), South Korea (EVS), Serbia (6/5), Denmark (5/6), Spain (6/5) and Belgium (5/6) for tonight`s Super Six. Quote
Azteca1903 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 European superpowers tonight: Spain France Germany England and... Dundee About 5/1 for the acca altogether. Quote
dave_min Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Put on a 6 team accumulator on today, and managed to get 5 of the results wrong Quote
paulinho Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Sunderland's odds earlier in the week were too big to be ignored. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted October 18, 2009 Author Report Posted October 18, 2009 Got a double of over 2 goals in both today's Premiership matches, pays just over 2/1. Quote
amp Posted October 20, 2009 Report Posted October 20, 2009 Benayoun 1st scorer for Liverpool tonight v Lyon. 9/1. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted October 20, 2009 Author Report Posted October 20, 2009 Think Sevilla look a good price at Evens with Paddy Power. Will also stick a couple of quid on the huns and the bin dippers losing tonight just for the sheer hell of it. 7/2 and 4/1 respectively. Quote
Kowalski Posted October 20, 2009 Report Posted October 20, 2009 Anyone got Barcelona to get beat? (I don't) Quote
paulinho Posted October 20, 2009 Report Posted October 20, 2009 @Kowalski - I had £2 on Unirea (7/2) and Lyon (15/4) to beat Rangers and Liverpool respectively. Also threw £10 on Sevilla to beat Stuttgart starting at -1 goal. (3/1 for that) Quote

paulinho Posted October 21, 2009 Report Posted October 21, 2009 @BobbyBiscuit - Being paid £82.75 to watch Unirea spank the filth was an added bonus. Quote
paulinho Posted October 22, 2009 Report Posted October 22, 2009 @BobbyBiscuit - £5 each on both Shakhtar (6/5) and Benfica (12/5) to start at -1, both sides winning 4-0 against Toulouse and Everton respectively with half an hour to go. Quote
minijc Posted October 22, 2009 Report Posted October 22, 2009 Got to love your after timing, quality stuff, I had £6000 on Valencia to score first and last yesterday at 16/1 Quote
paulinho Posted October 22, 2009 Report Posted October 22, 2009 @minijc - I have no idea what any of that means? Quote
minijc Posted October 22, 2009 Report Posted October 22, 2009 You with your constant after timing, it's nae big nor is it clever. Quote
