glasgowdon Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 I've now been back in Aberdeen for almost a year and used my dad or uncle's last season. I usually go with my dad or uncle and they have bought again this season, which means I'll most likely use their tickets again. The season before, I had one for Barcelona when I lived there and before that RCD Mallorca. I don't think I could miss going to see live football where ever I live. I still have mine! Quote
mizer Posted July 28, 2008 Author Report Posted July 28, 2008 The poll :lolabove: :lolabove: How many took part in the poll? I do say its a small sample yah fud Quote
Rebus30 Posted July 28, 2008 Report Posted July 28, 2008 I don't have one as living in the central belt it's easier to get to away games than home ones. Quote

Cheaper to go to home games with a season ticket though, so long as you go to at least ten your making money. I now live in Stirling, thought it better to not get a season ticket last season but I lost money by not having one, despite being overseas for two months in the middle of the season. Season Tickets really are great deals, save a decent amount in the end. Quote

jmo Posted July 28, 2008 Report Posted July 28, 2008 Making money? As in if you didn't buy the season ticket you'd be losing money, like I did this season just past. Quote

jmo Posted July 28, 2008 Report Posted July 28, 2008 Saving money may have been what you were trying to say. Probably. At £15 a home game concession ticket I went to 12 games (I believe) costing me £180 across the season. An early bird concession season ticket is £150, so I felt like I lost out on £30. Quote
