I think we'll manage top six, we seem to somehow manage it.

At the moment we still need to sign a right back, centre back, creative midfielder and a striker. Plus you haven't seen any on the pre-season games

Aberdeen winning at Ibrox in first time in 18 years will be the spur towards Champions League football for the Dons.

Can those who said Falkirk will finish ahead of us care to explain the logic or statistical evidence for such a claim?

Must be their total football or that they signed Jackie Mac. ::)

Nope, it's just good old negativity.

As far as I can tell, a lot of people think Falkirk will do well because they added a lot of experience to their young team and (according to John Hughes) the reason they weren't up challenging for Europe last year is due to a lack of "bottle" and a "winning mentality". That still doesn't make Jackie McNamara or Neil McCann good signings though.

They're basing it on pre-season performances - idiots  ::):hammer:

I even read on the hat that someone "hoped that this is the year jimmy calderwood gets found out."  WTF?!?!? I hope it's the year the doubters (including myself a wee bittie) get proved wrong and we have a cracking season and win some silverware!!!

I find it strange - All this hoping we do badly just to prove their negative opinions  ???

Also find it strange that folk would predict we finish bottom six - where's the winning mentality and expectation levels of the fans gone - is that not some of the biggest gripes about the manager and the team  :-\

Unfortunately I think one of the infirm will win and I really couldn't give a fcuk which one does. I have therefore discounted both. Hope that Hamilton do enough to get shot of ICT this season.
