glasgowdon Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 Looking forward to this, been a bit of build up for it this week. My first visit to Pittodrie this season as well. Can't wait! Quote
quirie Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 Hopefully with all the buildup it wont fall flat on its arse like their game with utd did last week. Lets hope its 5 wins on the bounce at home and allow us to have a good new year!! Quote
Guest swaddon Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 I hope Hearts' last-ever trip to Pittodrie is not a happy one for them. Quote
glasgowdon Posted December 24, 2008 Author Report Posted December 24, 2008 Nearly sold out too! Quote
Drewsome Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 What are you on about Swaddon? "Last ever trip to Pittodrie"? Did I miss something? Quote
Guest swaddon Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 They're going bust, hopefully. Quote
Ajja Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 Nearly sold out too! How so ? The Hearts end is cash is it not ? How can they tell in advance. Quote
capitalsharpie Posted December 25, 2008 Report Posted December 25, 2008 Hearts away crowd at Pittodrtie is always a poor turnout. Third biggest team in the SPL? Not if thier away crowds are anything to go by. Utterly contemptable. Joke of a club. Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 How so ? The Hearts end is cash is it not ? How can they tell in advance. Probably just meaning the AFC seats. Hearts sell out their allocation? Lollercoster! Quote
Ajja Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 Probably just meaning the AFC seats. Hearts sell out their allocation? Lollercoster! Good chance they will take a bigger than usual crowd with it being within the festive drain and cash at gate. Nowhere near sell out though I agree With Aguiar and Driver supposedly 'injured' for this game tomorrow I wonder if that means they have been sold already and are being wrapped in cotton wool to make sure they aren't crocked before the handover. When I phoned on the 24th there was only single seats available in the home end. Quote
boboisared Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 When I phoned on the 24th there was only single seats available in the home end. Just got 3 together in the RDU Upper Deck. First time there for a competitive game...couldn't get South Stand Quote
manc_don Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 Is this game going to be on 5 live by any chance? Quote
Guest swaddon Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 Is this game going to be on 5 live by any chance? I doubt it. Probably on Radio Scotland. Quote
glasgow sheep Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 I doubt it. Probably on Radio Scotland. I'm at work so hoping to catch some of it on the net, however can't seem to get real player to play bbc radio streams for some reason Quote
manc_don Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 I was hoping since there were no other major games on they might. Can't get radio scotland on freeview down south Quote
CtS Posted December 27, 2008 Report Posted December 27, 2008 Heading for a sell out, picked up 2 for the RDU about an hour ago, only a few left on the wing of the rds nearest the south stand, and a few in the main stand. Should be a great day with the right result, I'm on the booze in 30 minutes. Quote
