i hope thats meant to be laveins record? if not

stop making things up for a start not even thinking about it calderwood drew 4 games last season alone dnipro twice bayern and loko

Making things up eh?

I suppose Levein being undefeated in the UEFA cup is the gods honest truth

those 3 defeats in the group stages when they finished bottom?

getting stuffed by Bordeaux at Tynecastle after winning the away leg?

Chucking it against Stuttgart despite playing against 9 men?

I made all that up you know  ::)

If you are desperate for Calderwoods record

Played 8

Won 1

Drawn 4

Lost 3

But maybe I made that up?

To be honest, I'm surprised Levein has been in charge fourteen games in the competition.

And before you start Stoney, Calderwood's record - good enough to get through the group stage. Levein's - not.

And two of that group are now in the last 16 of the Chumps League.

again if you mongs checked you facts before posting shite you would realize that lavein left a long time before half of these games were played.

Dont let facts get in the way of your attempt to move the goalposts though

a winning percentage of 12.5 is not good enough no matter which way you try to spin these things :)

:thumbsup::wave:

Lets see now

levein was manager when the lost to Feyenord in the group stages and then left for leicester the next week (get your facts right stoney)

so his record is now

Played 11

Won 6

Drawn 2

Lost 3

You still claim he is undefeated?

Have i got this wrong but are some trying to suggest that Levein would do a better job than Calderwood?  Is this the same some that want to see entertaining football week in week out?

Shoosh Kow, bringing fangled ideas like facts and shit to this discussion!

I think the fact that he isn't Calderwood would be enough for these fucking plungers. Surely that alone would be enough to bring the missing thousands back to Pittodrie. Never mind the fact "Lavein" generally bypasses the midfield -  his name isn't James Calderwood.

you are aware her last name is lavigne sma crease :)

so basically the choice is between a long ball merchant who gets to cup finals, is making steady progress in the league, has 3 million ish opperating budget and who plays to his own teams strengths.

or

a long ball merchent who likes to get beat by mickey mouse teams when looking good in cups, has never managed to repeat his one great season and has an opperating budget of almost double the other teams around him.

makes sense to me to get rid of calderwood and the 3 million a year extra he is spending, to still be the same place in the league but at least in with a shout of lifting cups.

then again whos to say that with the extra cash levein isnt the man to take us past the solid top 6 team we are into a team more of a threat to splitting the old firm.
