How was Cashley Cole not sent off for that challenge on Hernandez, and why wasn't it a penalty I wondered the same thing. He got booked for it but it's not a penalty? I guess because Hernandez had got the shot off. I felt sorry for Torres after that miss. Especially after his earlier finish which was good. If he'd put that away it was going to be nervy finish! Card happy prick ruined the Spurs Liverpool game. Spurs didn't need his help! Skrtle had to go I guess. But Adam's second didn't warrent a booking I don't think. Suarez' booking was ridiculous too. It wasn't just the cards, though. Other decisions were fucked up too. Including the one where Suarez won a free kick on the edge of the Spurs pentalty area. Never a free kick but there were many of them. When he gave it it seemed like he was admitting he'd made a mistake earlier? Anyway. Terrible officiating. Spurs played some good football. That startling admission capped a miserable night for City as they arrived in Germany following an unbeaten start to the season. . Interesting situation. Knee jerk reaction from reading that is how fucking unprofessional but then again I dont know that much on this tevez situation. Ferdinand is a good footballer, but can be iffy defensively without a dominant centre back beside him, aka Vidic.
