OrlandoDon Posted January 26 Report Posted January 26 Apologies in advance, worst thing I’ve said in a very long time. I want the Huns to win today. Makes me sick saying that. we really want rangers and Celtic to win consistently now, and it’s back to the almost seasonal battle for third. As bad as our form is, and I do expect it to change, Huns win and we are two points off 3rd and 4 ahead of fifth. Given the shit of last year, that’s ok. I do expect Dundee utd to lose form, their decent run will end. We step up and bob’s your uncle. Yeah, I’m an optimist. But as bad as our run is, it’s been a ton of personnel change coinciding with injuries and form, I expect this to settle and us improve again. Quote

Expand It’s a horrible position to be in needing these blue bigots to win. It’s also embarrassing that a team as bad as they are is going to finish 2nd. They are piss poor. Quote

Expand Defending from the front as Craig Brown used to say. As an aside really hope neither of these clubs come up. Livingston is a soulless place to watch football (live as well I suspect) and I hate Falkirk’s three sided dump. It’s the worst of the out of town stadiums with no pubs or train stations nearby. Reekie_Red Posted February 1 Report Posted February 1 Just be done with that rule and bring back terracing. The source of the Hillsbrough disaster was police opening gates to ease fan congestion, which caused the crowd surge. Fenced-terracing happened to be in-place in those two stands, which didn't help. But you cannot beat a good terrace. Think the last one I went to was Montrose vs Dundee (Billy Dodds played for Dundee). Brilliant atmosphere 1 Quote

What was the last terrace in the premier league? Brockville was still terraced before the playoffs in 95. Was there anything after then (they went down, alongside Partick, who still had terracing at the ends I think, the following season)? Quote

I remember thinking it would be great to watch on the telly that night, but it coincided with a TV strike or some pish, so I've never seen the goal again. Quote
