Never have I ever more hoped for a Man U victory than tonight.

See the dog fiddler starts for The Huns.

Obviously not planning having a go and wanting to choke the game

Apologies in advance, worst thing I’ve said in a very long time. I want the Huns to win today. Makes me sick saying that.

we really want rangers and Celtic to win consistently now, and it’s back to the almost seasonal battle for third. As bad as our form is, and I do expect it to change, Huns win and we are two points off 3rd and 4 ahead of fifth. Given the shit of last year, that’s ok. I do expect Dundee utd to lose form, their decent run will end. We step up and bob’s your uncle. Yeah, I’m an optimist. But as bad as our run is, it’s been a ton of personnel change coinciding with injuries and form, I expect this to settle and us improve again.

It’s a horrible position to be in needing these blue bigots to win.

It’s also embarrassing that a team as bad as they are is going to finish 2nd. They are piss poor.

A masterclass in shitfesting. Stevie May's work rate is still phenomenal.

Defending from the front as Craig Brown used to say.

As an aside really hope neither of these clubs come up. Livingston is a soulless place to watch football (live as well I suspect) and I hate Falkirk’s three sided dump. It’s the worst of the out of town stadiums with no pubs or train stations nearby.

Brockville was fucking ace. Who'd have thought that moving miles out of town would lead to a soulless experience.

The hangover kicked in before game started last time I was there with Dons.

Even by car it’s a shit place to go. Last time was there for a Peterhead game even with a smallish crowd it took ages to get out car park after the game.

Arabs getting a similar nosebleed to dons?

Hibs could be 3rd soon

Meanwhile Ayr now top of championship.

Sommerset park now has a roof on all 4 stands. Be interested to see if SPL would insist they bolt seats onto terraces if they came up

Don’t think they are allowed terrace so guessing would have to or just close the terraces.

Just be done with that rule and bring back terracing. The source of the Hillsbrough disaster was police opening gates to ease fan congestion, which caused the crowd surge. Fenced-terracing happened to be in-place in those two stands, which didn't help.

But you cannot beat a good terrace. Think the last one I went to was Montrose vs Dundee (Billy Dodds played for Dundee). Brilliant atmosphere

Exactly. What was the last terrace in the premier league? Brockville was still terraced before the playoffs in 95. Was there anything after then (they went down, alongside Partick, who still had terracing at the ends I think, the following season)?

Think Thistle were not allowed to use terrace. I remember being in mainstand there for league game. Sure that was about then.

Aye, I was there 96, was that when Judas Wright scored from the halfway line against Dons' legend Nicky Walker? I remember thinking it would be great to watch on the telly that night, but it coincided with a TV strike or some pish, so I've never seen the goal again.
