BobbyBiscuit Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Can you elaborate? Never caught any of last night's fitba. Sergio Ramos and Xabi Alonso were on yellow cards in the game last night. A red card would mean they'd miss the pointless final group game and their card history would be wiped for the knock out round. Both players then took ages to take a goal kick and free kick respectively to get second bookings for time wasting (when they were 4-0 up). This is the second time both those players have done this, did it in La Liga last season when they got reds in a game which meant they would definitely be available for El Clasico. Quote

manc_don Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Rooney unlucky not to score, but other than that, looks very very rusty. Huns look dangerous on the break when they actually get past the 1/2 way line. Quote
Kowalski Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Pretty dire game. I'm giving it another 15 minutes into the second half or The Apprentice is getting whipped on! Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Lets hope Scholes breaks Mccuntloch He had a cracker on him when he amazingly enough, took the ball!! Pretty dire game. I'm giving it another 15 minutes into the second half or The Apprentice is getting whipped on! You're such a girl these days Kow, first it's throwing your knickers at Andy Murray now it's this... RDU_64 Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 I am currently finding a journal about the role of self-determination in returning to competition after a serious injury more exciting than the Huns game. Boring stuff. Quote

mizer Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Kenny Miller has Nani in his back pocket Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 I don't think the game is that bad Or have I been desensatised by our own level of football? The game has been fine, not the best but far from the worst. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 Rooney has been utter gash. Hernandez would have scored at least one of those chances tonight. Quote

baggy89 Posted November 24, 2010 Report Posted November 24, 2010 The Apprentice was good Jamie should have gone. Encouraged Chris to put back the appt that would have won them the task so they could have a few more Krombacher Pils. Quote
manc_don Posted November 25, 2010 Report Posted November 25, 2010 Why were the huns booing Rooney tho? Did i miss something? Good penalty though, shame scholes didn't take mccuntloch out. Quote

Also not sure they understood the irony of sining "Rule Britannia" and the rest of the "last night of the proms" song book against an English side. Quote
Tyrant Posted November 25, 2010 Report Posted November 25, 2010 The game has been fine, not the best but far from the worst. That was my opinion. Wasn't that bad. Quote
RDU_64 Posted November 27, 2010 Report Posted November 27, 2010 Just seen on BBC Sport that if West Ham lost at home to Wigan, they will be the first team to be relegated? Surely thats no right? EDIT: It's not! Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 1-0 to the Barcodes v the London Huns, total fuck up by Alex and Cech (moreso in Alex's case). Interviewed Ancelloti before the match and certainly doesn't seem like a happy camper. Quote
glasgowdon Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 1-1. Kalou with a flukey deflection. Think Chelsea are still there for the taking! Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 28, 2010 Report Posted November 28, 2010 Kalou's just missed a sitter! Quote
