One Bobby Clark Posted December 8, 2010 Report Posted December 8, 2010 That would be me. Rome wasn't built in a day mate!! How long did it take to dismantle ? Quote
maverick sheep Posted December 8, 2010 Report Posted December 8, 2010 Acht shittybumflaps! Just realised Milan at home fucked my £6 into £40+ four teamer. I hate that Berlusconi cunt even more now. Quote
RDU_64 Posted December 11, 2010 Report Posted December 11, 2010 1-1 Caley and Huns. Beattie dived for a penalty only for Miller to miss it. I think his early season goal tally is now masking over his return to normal Miller form i.e 1 goal in about 4 clear chances! Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 Spurs already one up against the London Huns, Pavlyuchenko with it. Bale up against Ferreira... he should be ripping that clown all day. Quote

Lennon has all the pace but his final ball is usually pish. Quote

Kowalski Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 It's a good game. Top end of the EPL looking very interesting this year. Quote
Stewart Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 Pretty much been the story for him again today Aye, interesting to see that John Terry has been to the Zander Diamond school of runs from the back while he's been out injured. Does anyone know why Bale has purple tape on his thighs? Noticed when he went down after Essien's challenge. Quote

Stewart Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 Gomes is a bit of a clown eh. Think it's been said before on here but Andy Gray reading players minds then having conversations between two players might just be the most annoying thing on TV. Quote

"And he says 'on ye go mate, get your head on that and nod that in" Bet he didn't Andy, you hun bastard, bet he didn't... Quote
Stewart Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 His new hard-on for the EPL apparently being the only league in the world where you get late winners is getting on my tits this season as well. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted December 12, 2010 Report Posted December 12, 2010 His new hard-on for the EPL apparently being the only league in the world where you get late winners is getting on my tits this season as well. His laugh as it dies out so it becomes a "Uhhh" is incredibly annoying after he's just said something like "Frank Lampard, eh? That lad can play football can't he?.... UHHHH" FUCK OFF YOU HIDEOUS IMBECILE. Quote

El Padre™ Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 I was at the spurs game and I have to say, I've forgotten what it was like to watch a good game of footy. Great atmosphere as well, spurs fans singing the whole game, they really got behind the team. Bale is absolutely dynamite, I was on my feet every time he got the ball. Top stuff! Quote

Our receptionist is a season ticket holder there and said there was no atmosphere at all. Looked like a decent game of football, want to get myself along to the lane. Quote
El Padre™ Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 The atmosphere was great, loads of singing for the whole 90 mins, and when the penalty was saved it was absolutely jumping! Great ground, cracking team and well worth another visit! Quote
Kowalski Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 I've been to WHL and the atmosphere is really good, lots and lots of singing throughout the whole match. Quote
Tyrant Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 I was at WHL in August and it was most enjoyable because Spurs got pumped by Villareal. Quote
dave_min Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 I once went to WHL only to find out that both me and my mate thought the other one had bought the tickets I believe they bet Portsmouth that day. Quote

dave_min Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 Not to worry though, it wasn't the reason we were in London, just thought it'd make a nice addition to our trip. There were plenty touts outside the ground, but I didn't fancy paying £60-£100 to go see a game where I didn't really care about the result. Quote
Stewart Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 Gutted that Keys corrected Andy Gray tonight. He almost said that Chelsea should be 3rd on alphabetical order. He then went and got a football and started to show us that 'The Drog' may have handled it last night. Quote
