Kowalski Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 I don't see the point in the first hour of MNF (other than for Gray to get his ego massaged). Surely all the weekends games have been analysed to death before Monday night. Quote

He doesn't get to do "the last word" on a Sunday when there is a game on Monday night so the annoying bastard has to get his moment of glory then instead Quote
Stewart Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 It can't just be me that's watching this and thinking how ridiculous the technology looks. Quote
Kowalski Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 It can't just be me that's watching this and thinking how ridiculous the technology looks. It's total overkill. Quote
wee toon red Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 They seem to be trying to go down the American football route by building up the Monday night game as something special to finish off the week. That works in America as they generally only play on two nights a week and there isn't a live game of some sort every night like we get over here. There seems to have been more "big" teams playing on a Monday night this season than there used to be the last time Sky had the Monday night games. Quote
manc_don Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 United 1 up, Rooney just missed a penalty though. Quote
wee toon red Posted December 13, 2010 Report Posted December 13, 2010 Arsenal proving that pretty football is all well and good against the also-rans but you need a bit more about you against the better sides. Van der Sar didn't have a save to make all night. Quote

Van der Sar didn't have a save to make all night. Fergie set up the midfield perfectly to nullify them. Quote

How did Rio win MOM? Quote
maverick sheep Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 radio's been raving about a craig gordon save all day. Rate him very highly and how anyone thinks mcgregor should be number 1 for scotland baffles me. Bruce seems to be doing an immense job all things considered and comes across as a very decent guy too. Quote
Kowalski Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 Agreed on both points. It was a tremendous save. Quote
Stewart Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 Anyone watching Ispwich vs Leicester. Ispwich 3-0 up but the ref called a ten minute break due to the snow. Still chucking it down and he's not decided yet. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 Forza Roma!!!!! AC Milan 0 Roma 1 FT Been a funny season for Roma eh, FJ? Very up and down, some result tonight though, Milan have been doing really well. Quote

BobbyBiscuit Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 brilliant save. Sunderland are doing really well this season which surprises me, I have to say. Quote
Azteca1903 Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 Been watching Stutgart v Bayern on ESPN, 3-0 Bayern at half time...now 5-3 to them with 20 minutes still to go Quote
Tyrant Posted December 21, 2010 Report Posted December 21, 2010 Anyone spot Mario Balotelli's hat last night? Looks ridiculous: Got to hand it to him though.. he's not scared to try things out! Quote
wee toon red Posted December 21, 2010 Report Posted December 21, 2010 That boy Balotelli is a fruitcake. The more maniacs like him on the go the better Quote
manc_don Posted December 21, 2010 Report Posted December 21, 2010 Nice finish by Baines for the winner last night. Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted December 21, 2010 Author Report Posted December 21, 2010 Nice finish by Baines for the winner last night. Indeed, loved how it pished all over Citeh's chips after Tevez "decided" to commit himself. I LOLLED. Quote
