BobbyBiscuit Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 "I went and saw Elano and Alex training together at Santos and what a joyous week that week was...." Aye, but then he said: and watching Elano and Santos and Alex hitting free kicks, you could see they were special Quote

BobbyBiscuit Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 To me, he epitomises what I hate about shIteTV. He's a tool. It annoys me how he just has total disregard for how you say foreigners names, a prime example (and I remember this one from the Euros too) is Mathijsen. He says it as "Mathieson", rather than "Ma-Tyson" as it should be pronounced as I'm led to believe. Quote

Its something that has always frustrated me, not only ITV commentators, but British commentators in general. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 It's the height of ignorance I think. Makes me cringe. Quote

BobbyBiscuit Posted April 16, 2009 Report Posted April 16, 2009 The Hamburg jim jeeper went up to the Hamburg fans after the game, took the megaphone from the Ultras guy and started leading the songs, he was loving it. All the Hamburg players stayed behind him too, celebrating. How much would you love big Zander to do something similar at Ibrox...? Quote

BobbyBiscuit Posted April 18, 2009 Report Posted April 18, 2009 Watching the St Mirren-Motherwell game, pretty poor stuff played on a terrible pitch. Does anyone here know if Hugh Murray is the brother of ex-Jambo donkey Grant Murray? Quote

BobbyBiscuit Posted April 18, 2009 Report Posted April 18, 2009 Their mum might know? Which is why I said "does anyone here know", so unless Mrs Murray has recently registered, your wee joke doesn't really work, Dave, min. Quote

Can't imagine he's too arsed given the side he put out, but yeah, wasn't much of a game at all unfortunately. Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted April 19, 2009 Report Posted April 19, 2009 FMG losing in the cup on penalties. JMG. No, seriously. Quote
