Madbadteacher Posted March 9, 2013 Report Posted March 9, 2013 I think it was more booing that he WAS coming off, not aimed at him. Everton have been awful....it's just like watching the Dons Quote
Jute Posted March 10, 2013 Report Posted March 10, 2013 Clearly a goal. It's not goal line technology we need but compitent officials. Quote

Tyrant Posted March 11, 2013 Report Posted March 11, 2013 Not given. Correct decision on account of LG being a cunt. Quote
Tyrant Posted March 11, 2013 Report Posted March 11, 2013 Oh, and Bale is a wee poof. Wee clash of heads with Stevie G and Bale's decked out for about 15 minutes. Gerrard got on with it. Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted March 11, 2013 Author Report Posted March 11, 2013 Bale is a tosser. Brilliant player, prize tosser. Quote
glasgowdon Posted March 11, 2013 Report Posted March 11, 2013 Bale is a tosser. Brilliant player, prize tosser. I'm avoiding being too critical of him as he will be playing his football in the famous all-white kit of Real Madrid next year. Quote

manc_don Posted March 12, 2013 Report Posted March 12, 2013 Nice to see Scottish football rallying around Dunfermline. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21750604 Some of the comments on there re: SAF are pathetic. Quote

Agreed. Why they're struggling to understand the concept of having friends in the game is beyond me. Quote

manc_don Posted March 12, 2013 Report Posted March 12, 2013 Usually hate Italian football, but would like to see Milan progress tonight. Played so well in the first leg, I just hope they don't sit back. Quote
Edinburghdon Posted March 12, 2013 Report Posted March 12, 2013 This is the hungriest I've seen Barca look for a while, look like they're out to prove a point tonight. I fear the worst for Milan! Quote
manc_don Posted March 12, 2013 Report Posted March 12, 2013 What a game. Can't believe niang missed that sitter before messi got his second. Completely right though, they really do look hungry. A journo mate of mine was saying how a lot of Spanish press are predicting the end of barca as we know it, mainly after losing to real again. Quote

They're going to tear Milan apart now They've had a bit of a wobble recently but still comfortably ahead in La Liga. Quote
Edinburghdon Posted March 12, 2013 Report Posted March 12, 2013 What a game. Can't believe niang missed that sitter before messi got his second. That could have changed the match, must have been gutted to have seen it hit the post! A journo mate of mine was saying how a lot of Spanish press are predicting the end of barca as we know it, mainly after losing to real again. I've been hearing the same, cant help but think the absence of Vilanova is hurting them, any time I've been Barca lately they've seemed so lethargic and out of ideas, almost as if they needed a real boot up the arse. Reckon they'll start approaching their best again though. Quote
topcorner Posted March 12, 2013 Report Posted March 12, 2013 Milan can still go through. They look like they can get a goal when they go forward. 3-1 will do Quote

Pretty sure they all work for marca It's crazy how little credit barca are getting from people covering la liga considering their manager left, the assistant who took over has been away for ages getting treatment for cancer, and now the guy who operated the overhead projector is the stand-in manager. Basically the team most agree is the best club side of the modern era are operating as a collective of players and coaches, romping the league and looking good now to overturn a 2-0 deficit against ac milan. What barca have become is genuinely awe inspiring. Not least when you consider the manager is being promoted fron within. Weirdly, aberdeen would benefit as much as anyone if that philosophy became the norm! Quote
