manc_don Posted August 11, 2015 Report Posted August 11, 2015 Excellent Dundee derby, much better than the English stuff that was on over the weekend. Been end to end, Spittal looks like a player. St. Johnstone drawing 1-1 with County Barca were 4-1 up against Sevilla in the super cup, Sevilla have clawed it back to 4-4. Quote
tom_widdows Posted August 11, 2015 Report Posted August 11, 2015 last minute equaliser and potential lost teeth for the Arabs Goalie. Quote
Jute Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 United's new keeper looks shit. He flapped at a few in game against us as well. Nicky Low did well when he came on. He will do well there if he stays injury free and may well end up back at Dons when Jack moves on. Quote
Tyrant Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 last minute equaliser and potential lost teeth for the Arabs Goalie. I was waiting for the ref to rule it out for that reason but it quite rightly stood. Ball was there to be won. I only watched the last 10 minutes of the game but it was a cracker as far as I saw. BigAl Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 More in hope than anticipation, but c'mon the Killie. Quote
TheDeeDon Posted August 12, 2015 Report Posted August 12, 2015 Pahahaha John Collins Yup I hope any player in Scotland worth their wages will ensure they give 100% against these chunts all season. There may have been some truth in what Collins said, but the way he went about it was wrong, somethings are best left unspoken. Van Dick is apparently speaking with Southampton and if they lose him that will weaken them greatly. Quote
manc_don Posted August 13, 2015 Report Posted August 13, 2015 Would please me greatly if van dick left on deadline day, just before they manage to get someone in. Amazing that some of the dhims value him at and expect to get £20 million. Fair play if they actually get that but no way in hell is he worth even half of that. Loved the cheeky Killie penalty! GIRFUY Collins, even if it pains me to be pleased for mccuntloch and the sevconian light bears. Quote
Graeme_S Posted August 13, 2015 Report Posted August 13, 2015 Loved the cheeky Killie penalty! GIRFUY Collins, even if it pains me to be pleased for mccuntloch and the sevconian light bears. Loved Higginbotham's comments after the game too. "I think everyone in the league will be looking at those comments and putting in an extra shift, like we did" While it shouldn't require something like that to make you work harder, I'd like to think the Celtic dressing room are aware of what Collins has done now. Tyrant Posted August 13, 2015 Report Posted August 13, 2015 Thoroughly enjoyed the highlights. Looks like both teams could have scored more. Josh should have had a double at least! Some good officiating for once! Wouldn't have surprised me to see the Father of the year's goal stand! Although I have to admit I'm nae convinced that they should have had a penalty. Looked like he felt a slight touch and threw himself to the deck. A bit like what Griffiths did 3 minutes into their season against County. Nae complaining though. Well done, Killie. You hun cunts. Just me that thinks Van Dick is overrated? The Tims getting umpteen million for him will do us more harm than good. He's nothing to be afraid of. We have the players to beat them. Quote
tlg1903 Posted August 13, 2015 Report Posted August 13, 2015 I think DVD is clearly a talented player, he's technically good, can pick a pass etc. I question his defensive ability though and losing denayer was a far bigger blow to the Celtic back line then VD going will ever be. Killie last night is the prime example, it was very easy for Maggenis to win headers in the box. Ten mill is good money in the bank for them but it doesn't mean they will get an equally good player in to compensate, especially if they don't make the cl group stages Quote
manc_don Posted August 19, 2015 Report Posted August 19, 2015 Holy shit, what happened to Falkirk last night?!?! Lost 5-3 to Peterhead! Quote
manc_don Posted August 19, 2015 Report Posted August 19, 2015 Well doesn't look like there is any chance of malmo causing the dhims much trouble. 2-0 down already Quote
Northfield Quine Posted August 19, 2015 Report Posted August 19, 2015 Although a win tonight gives Minks extra games it also means they will get a shed load of money (€14m just for getting to group stage) to strengthen an already strong squad. Quote
topcorner Posted August 19, 2015 Report Posted August 19, 2015 Although a win tonight gives Minks extra games it also means they will get a shed load of money (€14m just for getting to group stage) to strengthen an already strong squad. If they lose they would drop into Europa and have extra games anyway. Quote
Tyrant Posted August 20, 2015 Report Posted August 20, 2015 Still think Timothy will go through but the Celtic reject has given them a fair headache! Quote
scotfree Posted August 22, 2015 Report Posted August 22, 2015 If I was a gambling man, I would put money on the tims to go out. Their defence is terrible. Worse they have had for years. Up front they might be strong, but, oooft, some bomb scare defenders. Pleasing. Quote
Madbadteacher Posted August 22, 2015 Report Posted August 22, 2015 Lets hope utd can do something today (but with Jackie CelticMac in charge I doubt it) so I guess it's up to us to go for it in all 4 games against the ugly sister Quote
tom_widdows Posted August 22, 2015 Report Posted August 22, 2015 Given Celtic's keeper is allowed to rugby tackle arab players in the box I'm not holding out much hope. However ambrose has made it more interesting Quote
scotfree Posted August 22, 2015 Report Posted August 22, 2015 Dedryck Boyata, a player that full of mistakes, even his mum and dad spelt Derrick wrong. Quote
scotfree Posted August 22, 2015 Report Posted August 22, 2015 The Dabs really have a bad team this year. McNamara must be on a shoggle pegg. Cunt that he is. Mind you, no one who would come in could do much with their team. Quote
