Ten Caat Posted January 23, 2019 Report Posted January 23, 2019 Plane was owned by the Cardiff owner. And a 2 hour direct flight between Nantes and Cardiff airports in a shitty wee plane beats the alternative scheduled flights indirect routing Nantes to CDG to Bristol then taxi/train by almost 18 hours at the time he was flying Quote

wee toon red Posted January 23, 2019 Report Posted January 23, 2019 Plane was owned by the Cardiff owner. The Cardiff chairman is quoted on the BBC saying the club had not booked the plane and that Sala had done so himself. Quote
Ten Caat Posted January 23, 2019 Report Posted January 23, 2019 Aye turns out it was owned by Willie McKay the agent. Quote
wee toon red Posted January 23, 2019 Report Posted January 23, 2019 Aye turns out it was owned by Willie McKay the agent. Is that definitely true? Can’t see the owner having been named anywhere reliable and I see it’s connected to a company in Suffolk, although they say it isn’t owned by them. Daily Mail(!) says it was chartered by “the McKay family”. Quote

Jute Posted January 27, 2019 Report Posted January 27, 2019 Hibs players respond to Lebanon’s suspension by winning 3-1 in Paisley. Tribute Act currently 1-0 against Livingston. ETA Tribute Act won 3-0 in the end. Comfortable win against a Livingston side who did not play with the same intensity as they did before the break. Quote

Ten Caat Posted January 31, 2019 Report Posted January 31, 2019 Quite an interesting set of results again, hopefully this is the start of Liverpool's demise... Liverpool battered the Leicester defence virtually all game just couldn't get the second goal that would have killed them off. On the other hand, conceded a poor goal from a free kick was close to half time and defence seemed to lose concentration. Leicester were the equivalent of Killie last weekend. Horrendous to watch but succeeded in what they came to do. Quote
Jute Posted February 1, 2019 Report Posted February 1, 2019 Hearts win 2-1 at Rugby Park tonight to move within a point of Dons admittedly having played a game more. Quote
manc_don Posted February 2, 2019 Report Posted February 2, 2019 always thought Hearts were further behind than that. Do need to make sure we win tonight. Probably would have preferred a draw there. Quote

Was surprised myself when I saw the table. Won 5 out of last 6 apparently with only defeat coming from Dundee. Run coincides with return of Naismith. Quote
