Mason's goal is a corker and Grant's pass, Mason's control and Booth's finish for the sixth is tremendous. Does it show you Bett tripping Tosh McKinlay up with his hand on RedTV? One player I always wish I had seen play in the flesh. When I was younger and used to watch my dads old vhs' of the 80's etc he just looked like a rubbish porn star, with that tasche. Now i'm a bit older and appreciate the game more, some of the passes and free kicks he scored (one at Ibrox in particular) were incredible and if we had a player like that today he'd be worth millions. Mixu had nothing much to do, such was the quality of the pass. But that Hearts game was a wee cameo of Jazzer of old, tough as old boots and playing great passes bringing the younger legs like Jess and Wright into the game. Brilliant player. Quote

I think we'd be contending for the title. I spoke to my dad about my first season at Pittodrie, 1994-1995. Just avoided relegation with a phenomenal end of season run, but i'd gladly swap that team for this one! Just think, Bett to partner yon Mark Kerr, and Jess playing off Lee Miller. He was booed rotten every time he kicked the ball on his debut, heard his young family was reduced to tears in the stand. Seem to remember he then pinged in a volley straight from a corner kick then followed it up again shortly after with another. Boo boys eh. Quote

Pigeon shagging wanker. Hilarious! Got the Airdrie 7 scud game on video along with the Eoin Jess show against Falkirk the same season. Had Shearer not picked up a knee injury against Hearts that day I could have seen us a lot closer at the end of that season. One guy conspicuous by his absence of mention from this period is Lee Richardson. He was a damn good player. Couldn't lace Jazzers boots but no many could. AFC fans, fucking brilliant eh? Quote

Lovely passer of the ball, bit of a hard nut, scored a fair few goals, hated the huns, loved Genesis. Still, 4 out of 5 aint bad, eh? The tackle that led to his red card v the huns at Pittodrie was a thing of beauty. Also remember him scoring a last minute winner at Dens when we were right on the tails of the huns, Dens was packed with Dandies... the place was rocking when that went in, one of my favourite moments of that 92-93 season.
