Just watching the F1 forum.

Brundle, Coulthard and Jordan are falling over each other to criticise Schumacher's record of dubious manoeuvres over the years!  Great stuff!

And the man himself was as arrogant as ever in his post match interview.  :wanker:

Got ripped into Barrichelo too. The epitome of cunt.

Vettel really cost me at the weekend :(

Had a nice accumulator on him to win the GP (1/2), Jenkins to beat caven in the darts (5/6), Arsenal to beat Celtic (4/11) and Lyon to draw with Milan (12/5).

He was absoloutely cruising - about 5 secs ahead after only 5 laps - before he messed up when the safety car came out. Stupidly got himself a drive through penalty for failing to stay within 10 lengths of Webber behind the safety car. He admitted himself after that it would have been a 'walk in the park' to win the GP had he not made such a stupid error. Safe to say I wasn't best chuffed!

Vettel has been pretty shite this season, converting poles into points he really should be pissing this season and he isn't.

Something missing somewhere.

Wasn't a brilliant race today but its getting very interesting at the top of the standings.  Think Webber will win it as Red Bull should be more competitive at most of the remaining 5 circuits.  Pity Button hadn't won today though.

I'd tend to agree, there's more pace and probably more wins in the Red Bull. Think Button lost his chance when he failed to score last time out when Vettel scudded him off. Ferraris looked good today.

I hope Webber can hold on, he's always had terrible luck over the years. Got pit straight tickets for the Abu Dhabi GP so should see the new champion cross the line whoever it is.

Hopefully this lives up to the billing.

Would like to see Webber be world champion but suspect it'll be Alonso.

Same for me really though wouldn't be disappointed with Hamilton winning, like the way he drives.

Something would have to go epically wrong for Alonso not to win. Vettel has also a pretty well established habit of not turning poles into podiums/wins. Had he got the points he should have from poles he would have won the thing by now.

Just back from the race, I was wanting anyone but Vettel to win so wasn't overly happy with the result. Big lack of action too other than the Schumacher crash.

Aye, not much over taking.  Looks stunning on TV though.

Martin Brundle is to become BBC Sport's lead Formula 1 commentator in 2011, with David Coulthard moving alongside him as co-commentator.

Brundle, who replaces Jonathan Legard, has commentated on 231 grands prix since retiring as an F1 driver in 1996.

I heard they were going to replace Legard with Charlie Cox but obviously not now.  Hope they know what they are doing, as Brundle is excellent as a co-commentator.

The Bahrain Grand Prix has been called off because of anti-government protests in the Gulf kingdom.

The race, due to be staged on 13 March, would have opened the new season but had been in doubt for more than a week because of the civil unrest.

Instead, the 2011 campaign will begin in Australia on 27 March.

"We must focus on immediate issues of national interest and leave the hosting to a later date," said Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

"After the events of the past week, our nation's priority is on overcoming tragedy, healing divisions and rediscovering the fabric that draws this country together; reminding the world of the very best that Bahrain is capable of as a nation once again united."

The race could still be rescheduled as the FIA, F1's world governing body, confirmed the postponement in a statement.

"The FIA is responsible for the international calendar as well as all matters of safety relating to the stakeholders involved in Grand Prix racing. We support the decision."
