Because Seve has only been a regular in defence this season. His natural position is slap bang in the centre of the park, where he should be breaking up the oppositions play and getting things going for us, which is what Kerr tends to do.

I'm talking about his natural position where he has played for 95% of his career Mrs he Man, not just where he was played last season.
