manc_don Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 Aberdeen squad from the following: Nelson, Lukasik, Bain, Duff, Pawlett, Young, Fyvie, Paton, Mackie, Jack, Ross, Robertson, Megginson, Low, McRobbie, Gibson, Brown, Dunlop, Devaney, Grimmer, Masson. 7 first team players :0 I would think Duff/Young/Mackie are probably the ones there that need to impress the manager. Take it no-one from here is going? Quote
Ptayles Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 I would agree with that but its not exactly high calibre oppo... Quote

Stewart Posted October 7, 2009 Report Posted October 7, 2009 Deveronvale 0 Aberdeen 5 Pawlett (10, 25), Ross (24), Paton (71), o.g. (80) Aberdeen and Deveronvale have served up an entertaining opening 45 minutes this evening as the Dons class showed with a 3-0 interval lead. Darren Mackie was skipper for the evening and the Dons took the lead after ten minutes when Duff headed a Ross corner back across the face of the goal to present Pawlett with an easy tap in. A further two goals in a minute gave the visitor's a comfortable half time lead when Scott Ross headed home another Robertson corner and then Pawlett bundled the ball home following a goalmouth scramble. The Dons added two more after the break for a comfortable win. Quote
manc_don Posted October 7, 2009 Author Report Posted October 7, 2009 Can't do the young guys any harm, especially their confidence. Quote
