Jute Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 I see on Redweb that Dons are offering half price tickets for the Killie game as long as they are bought before 5pm on the 22nd. Hopefully this will produce a decent turn out and convince the club to reduce prices on a permanent basis. Quote
dave_min Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Decent! I might actually go then! Quote
BigAl Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 This game could of course have a little bit of added spice..... Quote

Just make it half price, pay on the gate FFS sake Quote
Ajja Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Pretty much a guarantee JC will come to Pittodrie and win. Half price or not. Quote
Stewart Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Pretty much a guarantee JC will come to Pittodrie and win. Half price or not. It'll be his first game if he takes over won't it? A definite win then. Quote
tsr Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Should be a good crowd, again though don't know why tickets have to be bought in advance, hopefully get a crowd above 14,000. Quote
RDU_64 Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Well, I for one, will be giving Calderwood a good reception. I fully expect there to be some boo's, groans and mutterings. But I would hope the majority of Dons will give him a good reception and drown the others out. Quote
RDU_64 Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Yeah, on second thoughts, it's all about the Aberdeen! Quote
Kowalski Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 I see afc.co.uk fail to point out which game(s?) the half price sale is for: http://www.afc.premiumtv.co.uk/articles/january-sale-at-pittodrie-20100114_2212158_1930798 Quote
manc_don Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Good on the club, but still a shame why they can't just include the deal up to kick off. But hey ho, hopefully they'll get a few extra in through the turnstiles. Quote

Goldie03 Posted January 14, 2010 Report Posted January 14, 2010 Aye but all those that said they wouldn't go back while Calderwood was there, won't be at the game. That's why they'll have made it bloody half price - to show Jimmy how much fuller Pittodrie is now he's gone Quote
bilbobaggins Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 Jimmy should fully expect the bird from our supporters. A light hearted "Jimmy get to fuck" is fine in my book. Quote
