Roccovellhung Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 Murmurings on the hat that Willie plus other high profile names will soon be departing, mibbe Meldrum and others? (hopefully its Mcghee ana likes) True?, Shyte? who knows? Quote
El Padre™ Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 I love it when people claim to know everything about the goings on of the club, the finances and the best way to fix everything. Total joke. Quote
Kowalski Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 Be amazed if it's Willie Miller. If it's Meldrum and/or Leitch then I'm not sure what that says about McGhee's team. Probably a load of shite anyway. Quote
daytripping Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 Leitch is apparently hated amongst the players, probably trains them too much. If he goes then that will show weakness on Mcghee. Quote
maverick sheep Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 Probably someone's just dreaming up a possible resignation issue. 'Oh no I didn't leave because of how shit my first season was, they fired my assistant so I was left with no alternative but to resign. I'm loyal. I stick by my people...Giez a joab?' Quote
El Padre™ Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 My thoughts on this are actually fairly similar to Johnny Crawfords.... Quote
dave_min Posted May 5, 2010 Report Posted May 5, 2010 My thoughts on this are actually fairly similar to Johnny Crawfords.... As in incoherent? Quote
sooth_stander Posted May 8, 2010 Report Posted May 8, 2010 So, Leitch sacked behind MM's back? If that's the case, then surely MM will walk, as the rug has been pulled from under his feet, unless he's been sacked for a particular offence. Interesting few days ahead, it seems. Quote
Sandaldinho Posted May 8, 2010 Report Posted May 8, 2010 So, Leitch sacked behind MM's back? any truth in this? Quote

Like punching Langfield? Quote
daytripping Posted May 8, 2010 Report Posted May 8, 2010 We can afford WM, on 30k a year part time maybe but surely his role can't be a busy full time position that deserves the £100k plus a year he's on. The manager should be in charge of the youth development side, when Fergie was here he did everything, now we're smaller yet have loads of staff. Quote

Where did you hear this? I don't see anything online? Quote

Yeah but back then we had a network of scouts and contracts didnt seem to take months to sort out. I'd prefer my manager concentrated on the football side of things rather than having to juggle finances, cut deals and argue contracts with agents over the course of a whole season. Quote

Willie Miller already is part time, on £100k plus a year! Quote
Edinburghdon Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 Where's all this pish about miller being on £100k + come from? I believe the highest paid director at the club is on roughly £1ook p/a but that isnt necessarily miller!! Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 a guy on mad claiming that Leitch will be away and this move has the blessing of MM. Also claimed that Jocky Scott will be the assistant manager even though he has concerns about working with Miller due to trust issues going back to 1991. God knows what is correct, the rumour mill is certainly in full flow however. Possibly another 2 and a half months of this to come... Quote
KGB Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 Jocky Scott in for Scott Leitch sounds too good to be true. Quote
sooth_stander Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 Jocky Scott in for Scott Leitch sounds too good to be true. How old is Jocky Scott? Quote
maverick sheep Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 I'd be amazed if any of this turns out to be anything other than complete and utter horse shit. Quote

Jute Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 Miller confirms as bullshit in the Daily Retard today. Quote
mini59dons Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 Suppose that means we are stuck with Leitch as well? Quote
manc_don Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 Suppose that means we are stuck with Leitch as well? I'm sad about this Not that I believed it once, but positive thinking and all that. Quote
