30th May I think, the actual date of when you can sign him properly depends on when his contract with his current club expires.

ABERDEEN FC have signed four teenager flair players in a bid to revitalise the dying art of wing-play.

 

The 16-year-olds have been secured on full-time contracts as Aberdeen FC look to bring attacking play – and goals, to Pittodrie.

 

Wingers Ryan Fraser and Stephen O’Neill have been snapped up along with prolific strikers Dean Carse and Declan McManus.
