stoney Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Couldnt have asked for a better start - and 3 out 4 decent away games to start with too - chuffed.com Quote
tsr Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Hopefully your right and they don't change St Johnstone to a 12:30 kick off or something again. Quote
stoney Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Early kick off dont hassle me - just means you get drunk after the game instead of before - which is better in my opinion! Quote
Mentorred Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 The fixtures have been kind to us for the start of the season. We will get to see where the team is early on. Anything less than 7 points from the 1st 3 games and I think the manager search can begin. Quote
maverick sheep Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Good start to the season or else we're in the brown stuff. Quote
CtS Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 A first day of the season pumping from Hamilton on our own feckin lawn isn't my idea of fun. Hopefully our 10 new signings will have had a chance to gel together by then. Quote

Madbadteacher Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Have either of the brothers grimm complained about "fixture bias" yet? Quote

Guest ally s Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Just remember, there is NO benefit of having the squad assembled for pre-season. Who said that? Quote
dave_min Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 Who said that? Can't remember. But having the aquad assembled for pre-season is only worthwhile if you're playing FM. Apparently Quote
tsr Posted June 17, 2010 Report Posted June 17, 2010 I presume that was a reference to my post, I said I couldn't care less when players are signed as long as we have good players at the end of it, the only people that care are those who play FM when a player is signed..... So Dave, I never said there was no benefit. I also never said it was only worthwhile if you played FM either! Quote
