manc_don Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Absolutely gutted for him. I hope he has a quick recovery. Quote
BigAl Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Fucking terrible news, and takes the shine off a really positive start to the season. Hopefully given his age, he will totally recover and come back even stronger than before. Quote
One Bobby Clark Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Feel really sorry for the lad. Hopefully he'll make a full recovery. Damn shame. Quote
wee toon red Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Poor boy. Sure he'll come back as strong as ever. Quote
glasgow sheep Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Nightmare for the lad and the team. Quote
rednek Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Dreadful news for the loon. Young enough to recover though. Hopefully the club will send him to that american surgeon who's operated on all the big sports stars. He specialises in knees but i canna mind his name. Quote
Cowie Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 At least he has age on his side. Bastard of an injury to recover from though. Quote
Madbadteacher Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Anyone emailed this to Alloa and Allan fucking Maitland yet? Sue the cunt! Quote
CtS Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 Poor kid, gutted for him and the club. And as a member of the 'donstalk cruciate club' (DCC club) I know only too well what he's about to go through. The actual surgical procedure may now be different compared to the way they did it back in my day, but the tortuous months of rehabilitation will no doubt be the same. Let's hope he makes a 100% recovery. Quote
Aberdeen_Ladette Posted August 27, 2010 Report Posted August 27, 2010 Devastated for the lad. Stay positive and get well soon Fraser x Quote
glasgowdon Posted August 27, 2010 Report Posted August 27, 2010 Hope he recovers. I just hope we don't rush him back. Quote
Tyrant Posted August 27, 2010 Report Posted August 27, 2010 I read yesterday that he was only going to be oot for a couple of weeks?! FFS sake Alloa. I hope the club are looking at legal action and I hope Milne or whoever puts their hands in their pocket to get Fraser the best treatment possible. Agree with whoever said it takes the edge off a fantastic start to the season. Quote

Not exactly an AFC policy to speculate to accumulate, especially in this climate though is it? They really do need to make sure he gets the best treatment possible. Quote

Madbadteacher Posted August 27, 2010 Report Posted August 27, 2010 Wherever the best specialist is, that's where he needs to go. The lad deserves the best support the club can give, and I suspect even the most expensive treatment centre would be cheaper than trying to buy a player that good/with that much potential. Get well soon, loon. If you need a replacement ligament you can have one of mine, hardly been used! Quote

TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted August 27, 2010 Report Posted August 27, 2010 There's plenty people worse off in the world. Fuck them. They don't play for Aberdeen. Quote
