Main reason folk missed Clark was fact that he was replaced with pish like Duff. Clark was not that good a player.

 

Completely agree, you realise how far we've fallen when someone like Clark is seen as a good player.

'Good' is a relative concept. He was good if you compare him to Duff, Young et al.

 

In as much as they are bad if compared with Clark?

 

He did a good job at AFC, I shouted myself hoarse at the guy for being as soft as my first shite at times though.

He was just another player to come out of the AFC youth system who had absolutely no idea what position he played in. He did nothing to any real level. Everything he did was totally mediocre.

The moment 1 second before Clark could have became a legend by scoring the winning goal at Ibrox back in October 06.

But it ended up freakily spinning backwards off the post rather than bouncing in  :hammer:

I would agree he wasn't very good in any one position but to say he was mediocre is beyond harsh.
