This fixture marks the first SPL Family Weekend, which will see a range of family activities taking place at all Clydesdale Bank Premier League games this weekend.

As part of the programme, every home club was encouraged to introduce a family centric ticket promotion while offering a range of family focused activity pre match and at half-time. With that in mind our colleagues at Motherwell have announced that all Dons supporters will be given the chance to snap up a unique Family Ticket for our match this weekend.

For just £22 an adult and up to 3 children will be able to watch all the action at Fir Park. This match is pay at the turnstile so if you would like to take advantage of this fantastic offer please make your way to the Family Gate in the South Stand.

On the day AFC players will be taking to the pitch for their warm up slightly earlier than normal so they can make their way to the away section in the South Stand to meet supporters and sign autographs so make sure you get down early!

Club mascot Angus the Bull will also be making the trip south to Fir Park so look out for Angus in the away section giving out some freebie's to members of the Red Army!

So will we see our only player capable of playing wide tomorrow or will Pawlett be shit in the middle again?

I think you know the answer to that.

Cant make my mind if I am going to the game or go give blood.

"For tomorrow have now lost Sone Aluko, Peter Pawlett and Fraser Fyvie. That is disappointing because they are players who made a difference at the start of the season. We have to approach games different to than the way we would if they were available. It is not just as straight forward as we won the first two games and then we have lost the next two. There are mitigating circumstances.

"Andrius trained with the squad for the first time this morning so he has a chance of being involved. He has been training with the physios all week. He seemed to come through today ok so as long as he is ok tomorrow when he wakes up and has not had any reaction he will certainly make it onto the bench. It is good if he is there and is start to looking to towards making the team and starting to put pressure on those who will be playing.

"We have options up front but those options have to start delivering goals.

"Regardless of Sone and Peter and Fraser being out we still feel we have a group who can be competitive in these three games coming up. We are looking forward to these three games. Regardless of those three players being missing I think we are at a stage now where we can take a measure of how it is going to be for us this season."

Given the 4231 formation can only feasobly work with Aluko, Pawlett and Fyvie all fit (and playing in their correct positions) surely he has to change it today.

Having said that with nobody capable of playing wide anywhere in our squad we would seem to be fucked, and as has just been pointed out to me we'll likely face Gow turning it on for his one decent game of the season and tearing which ever centre half is playing full back to shreds.

Ach well, off to the pub for some pre match beers
