Jute
To a point, but also a daft question. Our squad IS so small that having seven players out WILL effect results. I believe Caley had roughly the same number out.

manc_don
Playing well, hopefully the team can keep it up. Still look a bit dodgy at the back when hibs do attack though so they'll need to keep their wits about them. Didn't mention anything on espn about the injuries Mizer. manc_don
Switched off completely for those last 2 goals. But other than that, I thought it was a good performance. Maguire, Aluko, FOlly and Hartley all had good shifts and Fraser looked very positive when he came on. More of the same, minus the defensive lapses please AFC! On a side note, just over 7,500 folk there
xGav8
4-2. Good result, lets hope the good performance wasn't just a one off.

TENEMENTFUNSTER
good to see Maguire getting on the score sheet and a shift up front. Funny how that worked out eh? Excellent stuff today, not the greatest quality and 2 silly goals at the end showed up the inadequacies at the back, but overall pretty good albeit against a calamatous Hivs defence. redordead
good result, not sure how bad hibs were, but this should give us some confidence against falkirk midweek. Surely now Vernon has to be our 1st choice ahead of a fit velicka.( take note MMG, I don't care if the boy can play or not he's the first goalscorer we've had in a decade or so ) I'd almost forgotten how a winning weekend felt

Seems like he got that spot on, however much he made a cunt of selecting the partner.
capitalsharpie
Much, much better today, at last we have width back in the squad. Jack played well. However, the weakness at the back is still a worry. Not pressing out wide to allow those crosses in in the first place. The goals against were a carbon copy of each other. TENEMENTFUNSTER
There would have been more but a lot of the fans had injuries. Leaving aside the missing tens of thousands waiting to come back when Calderwood gets the dunt.
Jute
Thought Aluko and Maguire linked well today and provided the amunition for Vernon to score. Maguire and Vernon look like building a decent partnership if they are left to play some games together.
Rebus30
It was great to watch a game where we put some effort in, and picked up the three points. Was definitely worth going to the ladies day which was great fun and the result made it all the more worth while. COYR
jmo
Enjoyed the game but was a little disappointed with the two goals lost, both looked like they should have been defended better and I think Hibs could have scored a couple of other times had their players been shooting properly. Great to see a win though.
Edinburghdon
Good result and by all accounts it sounded not a bad performance. Now its down to Mcghee not to fuck up the team by changing it!

tlg1903
From what i saw of the game (was working) we looked pretty good going forward, what a difference having aluko and zico makes in creating space for others to play. I know the lad has had a fair few injuries but we should def be trying to sign him up, he's out of contract at the end of the season. Thought the young lad that came on for him (fraser maybe?) looked like a pain in the arse to play against and could be a prospect. Time will tell. Thought folly was pretty solid to again and is starting to looka real find, as for vernon? How nice is it to have goal scorer again. Really like this guy, he works hard and is always trying to bring others into the play. He's got a reall goal scorers instinct as well. As everyone is saying though we need to get the defence in shape. Really wish we had kept foster.
