Kowalski Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 Source? I'm a shareholder and would expect to be invited if its an EGM. Quote
TENEMENTFUNSTER Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 Categorically not an EGM. Quote
maverick sheep Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 What does EGM mean? JMG JIG MMG EGM? I'm a shareholder too - an EGM has to have official invites and stuff I think - and proxy votes and all that pish. I think they mean a "Press Conference" Everycunt's gone mental Quote
Kowalski Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 Might be a board meeting, but not an EGM. The AGM must be only a month away though... Quote
manc_don Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 Lets hope it's taxi for Mcghee, though he can pay the fare himself. Been a complete waste of a wage. Stewart Milne cannot allow this to continue. Truly one of the most if not the most depressing and embarrassing days as an Aberdeen fan. And it's not like we're short of them Quote

Madbadteacher Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 I was worried I'd really miss being here when I go home to the US because of the football. Now I can't wait to go. MMG. Great player, but the manager that killed AFC. Quote
Goldie03 Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Why not have a nice Sunday roast, a glass of red wine and forget about the Dons. The team won't give a shit today, the manager sees it as no great loss (just 3 points) - so why should you let your day be ruined worrying about some tinks who support other teams bothering you. It only hurts or is embarassing if you let it be so. Try diversionary tactics like telling them what a lovely weekend you had... perhaps bore them with tales of a sunday roast with all the trimmings, or what your favourite type of pie is etc etc They were all being nice - that was the worst thing Roast chicken and mojitos for me today I reckon Quote
Madbadteacher Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 I had people in the local pub last night decidedly "not" talking about the football. Even my "friendly" cellic fan couldn't bring it on himself to gloat. I should probably be very ill/hungover but I'm just so sad and pissed off. Quote
Madbadteacher Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Nah. Mince, ingins and mash wi a nice cup of tea for me tonight Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Everyone was very respectful yesterday which made it worse. Was drinking with my mate who's a Tim last night and it wasn't even mentioned. My brother even apologised about it. Fucking hellish. It's going to be very real this morning as I'm taking football training for 15 other Dons fans.... Quote
octavion Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 i was at the Mswamo hotel here last night and the two cellic boys here were also very Respectful, we all agreed that HE WHO SHALL NOT BE NAMED has made a total mockery of a once proud football club. They even went on to say that without a club like ours doing well the rest of the league pales into insignificance . I will say this if it was the Huns we would be at the end of a barage of abuse by ra way Quote
Kowalski Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Board meeting confirmed: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/a/aberdeen/9164615.stm Quote

Stewart Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 McGhee took training and has gone into the club whilst everyone else left Source? Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 They're going to keep him on, no doubt in my mind about it. Quote
Kowalski Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 They're going to keep him on, no doubt in my mind about it. So 9-0 is an acceptable result to the board is it? If they keep him them it'll be a hell of a low crowd on Tuesday. Quote
Mentorred Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 If he gets a vote of confidence he will be gone by Christmas. We all know that means yes we have faith in you, you have 4 games to prove us right. Quote
tlg1903 Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 does anyone know what time said meeting was scheduled for? Quote
