Sad, Rubens Baraja (yes I know, showing my age), was one of my fave all time no.8’s. I know they’ve had a tough time but hadn’t clocked it was that bad. I’m guessing much like ours, the works to the mestalla never happened?

New stadium was part built but they ran out of money before it was completed and is still sitting half built.

Barcelona v. Atletico Madrid on ITV4 just now. 0-0 after 25 minutes.

Finished 2-1 to Atletico Madrid putting them top of the league with their 12th win in a row. Cracking game with 3 really good goals

Good to see athletic Bilbao doing so well this season

Spanish super cup currently being played in Saudi. Barcelona 3-1 up just before half time.

Finished 5-2 to Barcelona with them finishing game with 10 men.

Didn't realise that was held in saudi. FFS. Viva la SPFL and A Liga

Getafe v Barcelona on ITV4 just now. Getafe just  equalised. 1-1 with 35 minutes gone.

More dropped points for Barcelona after it finishes 1-1. Apparently Barcelona have not won in last 5 visits to Getafe.
