donsdaft Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 They're placing hope on the players they are still hoping to sign. It hasn't dawned on them that the money for them was coming from qualifying for the group stages. I can't read any more, well maybe just a wee bit Quote
Three Crazz Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 Start handing them out boys and girls Quote
donsdaft Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 I'm reading their match thread it's 2-0 and this clown says " the best we can hope for is penalties" Quote
donsdaft Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 I can't read any more, at one point someone accuses the crossbar of being a "taig" Quote
baggy89 Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 How d'ya like them apples? Ryan Jack and the rest of your Hun cunt mates? Quote
100% Anti Kingsford Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 I saw it and Rangers were a shambles. It reminded me of the 2nd leg v Fola Esch where we were all over the place. 2 of the players playing for Progres Niederkorn played against us last year including the guy scored first goal v Rangers tonight - Francoise. I hope we get it together next week and get a lead v Siroki/Ordabasy as these catastrophic results are becoming more and more common for all Scottish clubs - even Celtic!! Quote

It's got fuck all to do with Scottish clubs. This is the hun thread for abusing the hun. Any other shite can fuck off. Quote
100% Anti Kingsford Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 Ok, thanks for that and clarifying. But the question now is whether Derek McInnes has a Rangers clause in his contract as this Pedro gadgie is on the way out. Quote
Ten Caat Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 Well that was 2 hours of pleasurable reading. 80 odd page thread beginning with jizzing over who they might get in the 3rd round and speculating the group stages were a definite possiblility and ending with "taig crossbars" and various methods of lynching the Portugeezer. It'll be a long time before this one is topped. They slagged us plenty for being out of Europe before the schools went back. These clowns are out of Europe before the f@ckin schools break off  Sevco. The gift that keeps on giving all year round Quote
Ten Caat Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 And theyre turning on Jack already...the love in lasted precisely 34 days. Fuck sevco and all who sail in her Stand free....hic Quote

BobbyBiscuit Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 Huns have lost the tax case. They officially cheated. Will officialdom do the right thing and strip the titles? Of course not, carpets are already being lifted.... Quote

gosgka Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 hope this means the tax man will go after each and every player that cheated and get back all the money they should have payed and fine each and every one of them McCoist first Quote
BobbyBiscuit Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 hope this means the tax man will go after each and every player that cheated and get back all the money they should have payed and fine each and every one of them McCoist first It may depend how much they take from the BDO pot, if they get a sizeable amount from that they may not pursue the individuals, a number of whom are now likely not to be in the country... (big Eck on his way to Switzerland as we speak, no doubt..) It does mean that the "ordinary" creditors will receive even less of a settlement, which they've been waiting years for too. Some of them may have even gone out of business themselves as a result. Really is pretty shit for them. Quote
RicoS321 Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 hope this means the tax man will go after each and every player that cheated and get back all the money they should have payed and fine each and every one of them McCoist first Nope. I'd think it far more likely that they'd go after BDO, which would be the correct thing to do. The club are the ones that structured the payments, they're the ones that should pay (or not, given the liquidation). Hopefully, HMRC will try and seize Iprix given that Whyte was deemed innocent, ergo Murray sold the club illegally to avoid the assets being taken by HMRC. Anyway, interesting coverage this morning on the BBC with Chris McLaughlhun. The pathetic wording around "the company that now own the club" shite, pandering to the hun instead of taking them to task as usual. Again, the disgrace that was the Nimmo inquiry again being shown up for both it's incorrectness and deliberate mis-timing. That should be torn up and titles should be stripped. Or are we happy that cheating occurred in our game and should not be recognised? Quote
100% Anti Kingsford Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 Mess. There are HMRC implications out of this ruling for football clubs and football players everywhere - some I guess (like Rangers FC) can declare themselves 'bankrupt'. As regards the SFA in its current guise (Regan and Doncaster) it's now too weak to do anything out of all this, e.g. stripping titles as it was all done under their governance of the game. IMO best course of action is Regan and SFA board inc. Doncaster are binned ASAP. Fresh governance and leadership is required at top of the Scottish game. ps. All this stripping titles stuff does is pander to Celtic and Old Firm one-upmanship they live on. As they want to be handed most of the titles. If they want to strip SPL wins from RFC make the winners 'unassigned' (as was done with a few in Italy with Calciopoli) Quote

If they want to strip SPL wins from RFC make the winners 'unassigned' (as was done with a few in Italy with Calciopoli) Totally agree, has to be unassigned. The Tim one-upmanship aside, the re-incarnation of der hun has been an absolute disaster for our game and its credibility throughout. The title stripping would go some way toward re-establishing that. I have no desire to see them punished, or others rewarded, but a simple recognition that you can't win by cheating is all that's required here. As well as HMRC taking Ibrox from its present owners and turning it into a slaughterhouse. Quote
BigAl Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 hope this means the tax man will go after each and every player that cheated and get back all the money they should have payed and fine each and every one of them McCoist first Assuming that the list on BBC website is full list of those that benefited then it would appear that McMoist wasn't a benificary of EBT's Quote
donsdaft Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 a simple recognition that you can't win by cheating is all that's required here. A reasonable request You would think Quote

100% Anti Kingsford Posted July 5, 2017 Report Posted July 5, 2017 They were already relegated to League 2 - 2012 and had to win a place back at SPL which turned out to be harder than they thought as it took 4 years rather than 3. They were liquidated much like Fiorentina, Napoli, Strasbourg, Parma were and reformed as a new club - Rangers 2012 which took on badge, history, stadium of former club. This type of club reformation happens all over Europe - it occurs all the time. RFC were punished - no point denying they were not punished - not true. Although I would agree titles won using tax avoidance schemes should make title wins "void" as obviously facts would suggest you won these unfairly by pursuing financial advantages. The majority of the players (Amoruso, Buffel, Klos) only rolled up to Ibrox because of the cash and tax relief on offer. Questions remain of SFA although it would appear Campbell Ogilvie had to relinquish his post as the President of the SFA in 2015 although how he got this job post-2012 is a little strange given his involvement in EBT. I just think the whole thing (from an SFA and RFC perspective) smells of the sort of cliquey, nepotism, cronyism executive decision making type stuff that goes on at the top of many businesses. Semi corrupt committee members - in house bad governance. Its political + money, TV deals involved and concerns for Scottish game without Rangers means SFA made political decisions - all be it Rangers were demoted. Hasten to add, football at an administrative governance level globally is rather political and muddy. You only have to look at UEFA and FIFA to see that. Quote
