Would Graham be the first manager to be in charge of both mens and women’s teams in Scottish football? I would think so. Definitely be the first to be player at the same time. He'll be hoping they don't sack the youth coach too. Quote

OrlandoDon Posted Sunday at 22:23 Report Posted Sunday at 22:23 (edited) For once I’d like mcinnes to get the job. He was a good manager for us but predictable and limited. He’d also be a underwhelming signing for their fans and I don’t think they’d fully support him. Would love to see him at the Huns, I just don’t think he’s capable of the next level. Would give us a good run for 2nd……and I say that after reading Celtic got 26 million from champions league. We just can’t compete with that. Edited Sunday at 22:30 by OrlandoDon Quote

I don't know why our supporters hate McInnes that much. Quote
RicoS321 Posted Sunday at 22:55 Report Posted Sunday at 22:55 Ferguson until the end of the season. Hilarious if true. The last few times I heard him speak he'd been doing a good job of not coming across as a rabid Hun fuck, showing a bit of humility and self deprecation. That'll go full circle as he pivots back to his rangers man persona. It'll be like wee cheeky chappy Coisty again. 1 Quote

They'd save on the cab fare given they're playing killie next. Quote
Reekie_Red Posted Monday at 00:35 Report Posted Monday at 00:35 I heard it could be Barry Fergus-hun and Neil McCann until the new 49ers deal goes through. That would be fkn hilarious. Collectively they've got a 41% win-rate, but down into the low 30s% when you remove Kelty Hearts. Fergus-hun also filed for bankruptcy a few years ago, so he will be in familiar territory at Ibrox Quote

He’d love that job but I just don’t think their fans would want him. And I ultimately don’t think he can take them further. He’s a typical Scottish manager. While I say he’d love it, I don’t know if he has the stones to take it, very hard job given the finances and expectation of competing with Celtic. Quote
Jute Posted Monday at 08:30 Report Posted Monday at 08:30 Ferguson would be hilarious even as interim. His only remotely sucessful period as a manager was at Kelty in lowland league where their budget dwarfed that of other teams (yes I know that is position at Huns) but were still an awful watch. Also love to know where money is coming from to pay off Clement and his team. Quote

redordead Posted yesterday at 00:28 Report Posted yesterday at 00:28 Amazing and I like to think for the medium term. Surely if it was a few weeks they'd dust off murty again. Ally clearly wouldn't take the pay cut to fill in either Quote

Just as an aside I wonder if the loss of driving licence put paid to his potential move to Pittodrie ================================================================================= Byline: By STUART NICOLSON SHAMED football star Kris Boyd has been banned from driving after crashing his new pounds 25,000 Mercedes while more than THREE times the drink-drive limit. The 21-year-old Kilmarnock striker ploughed the high-powered 4x4 over a roundabout as he drove home from a boozy wedding reception. Cops found the smashed-up car empty, with the keys in the ignition, when they arrived at the crash on the A76 Cumnock road in Ayrshire on June 10. Scotland Under-21 international Boyd returned to the scene shortly after police began searching for him. Cops noticed that Boyd's speech was slurred and a breath test showed he was well over the limit. At Ayr Sheriff Court yesterday, Boyd, of Tarbolton, Ayrshire, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. The court heard he had 106 microgrammes of alcohol on his breath, while the legal limit is 35. Sheriff Ruth Anderson banned Boyd from driving for two years and fined him pounds 500. She told him: "I am prepared to recognise you are a first offender and that you co-operated fully with the police." Fiscal depute Jo Cunningham, prosecuting, said police found Boyd's car as they drove to another incident. She said: "They started to carry out a search when the accused approached them and said 'It's my car, I was driving. I've had a drink because I was at a wedding'." Solicitor David McGuire, defending, said Boyd left the scene to try and get a signal on his mobile phone so he could call for help. He added: "He could have tried to hide but did not. "He shows not only great regret but total remorse for his actions." Boyd joins a football drink-drive hall of shame that includes Rangers ace Fernando Ricksen, ex-Celt Mike Galloway and legendary Manchester United star George Best. Boyd has been tipped for a call-up to Walter Smith's full Scotland side after scoring five goals in a single game against Dundee United last year. He finished the season as Kilmarnock's top scorer with 19 goals and has been linked with big money moves to Aberdeen, Hearts or the English Premiership. Quote
