maverick sheep Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 has had to accept retirement after being told there was too much damage to his leg after a triple break last year. Quote
Penfold Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 Bit of a knob when he was leaving but scored some very good goals for us and captain for our last season of "glory". Quote
Madbadteacher Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 Always sad when a player has to retire early due to injury, hope the leg is ok for everyday life! Thanks for the good memories Quote
CtS Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 Sad news, class act when he was on his game. I'll never forget his goals against Hibs and Rangers. Quote
bloo_toon_red Posted March 17, 2012 Report Posted March 17, 2012 Disappointing if not unexpected. He had his best days during the first two thirds of his spell with us. During those days, and on his game he was one of the best fetch and carry midfielders in the SPL and we were privileged to have had him. Quote

BobbyBiscuit Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 Played with and against Seve for quite a few years and I'm pretty sad to hear that's it for him. Pissed me off on occasion in his last season but he's a good guy, cracking footballer. All the best Seve. Quote

scotfree Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 No Ok. That's where he started from. Quote
manc_don Posted March 18, 2012 Report Posted March 18, 2012 Sad news indeed, I won't ever forget the bounce in the Globe for his winning goal against HIVs in a midweek game. Shame he was a bit of a knob in his last season with us. Quote
Tyrant Posted March 19, 2012 Report Posted March 19, 2012 All the best, Seve. Hope Kari takes a leaf out of your book and unexpectedly signs. Quote
