Uefa has opened a disciplinary case against Celtic after apparent crowd disorder at their Europa League match in Croatia on Thursday.

The club's fans set off fireworks during a 4-3 loss at Dinamo Zagreb.

Uefa says its disciplinary panel will judge the case on 19 February, the same day Celtic host Inter Milan in their Europa League last-32 first-leg tie.

This is the fifth time in three years Celtic have been charged by Uefa over supporter behaviour.

The Scottish champions were fined £12,600 in 2011 after supporters made pro-IRA chants during a Europa League home match against Rennes.

They were then handed a further £21,000 punishment after their followers unfurled a banner criticising Uefa and set off flares during a later match in the same competition away to Italian side Udinese.

The club incurred a £4,200 penalty when a firework was let off during the Champions League qualifier against Cliftonville at Celtic Park in July 2013.

And a year ago they were fined £42,000 by Uefa for "illicit" banners at the home defeat by AC Milan.

From BBC online

Celtic are tracking 19-year-old Hamilton Academical full-back Stephen Hendrie, who is also being watched by QPR, Swansea City and West Ham United.

Celtic are weighing up a move for 27-year-old former Motherwell winger Chris Humphrey, who is out of contract with English League One outfit Preston North End in the summer

Not exactly "box office" signings to fill the opposition with fear.

Delia really is a twenty four carot gold cock.

Sky post match interview and he claims not to have seen a TV replay of Dick Van Dyke red card incident so can't pass comment.

Dundee Utd penalty incident is a full thirty five minutes later in the game but he has managed to see that and state that it was a dive and then goes on about how only one player has been done for diving in the the SPL this season

Now as far as I'm concerned I draw the following conclusions.

1) Ronnie, you really are a cock....... Potentially more do than your predecessor.

2) Dick Van Dyke is guilty as fuck and Ronnie knows it.

3) Ronnie knows Scotty Broon should of walked as well.

4) Borigter was guilty against St Johnstone

5) See point one above.

Celtic's Virgil Van Dijk will be able to play in the Scottish League Cup final after his recent red card was rescinded.

The defender was sent off by was sent off by referee Craig Thomson for his part in an incident with Dundee United’s Calum Butcher in Sunday's Scottish Cup quarter-final at Tannadice.

With both players on the ground following a tackle, Van Dijk was judged to have kicked out at his opponent while Paul Paton was sent off for United.

However the red card shown to the Dutchman has now been quashed after the Parkhead side lodged an appeal to Hampden which was heard on Thursday.

Shock...

Don't know if i have i said it before but I think Delia is a cock.

At it again in the papers this morning, need to see Stokes incident again as didn't look like a red card BUT McGowan definitely a red card and potential career ending tackle.

Anyway so onto take four or Victims v Arabs. From the word go this was going to be the one with greatest relevance to us. Can't see it happening but come on to fuck Dundee Utd and beat them this time.

Ach well Ronnie's fists must be red raw with all his fist pumping.

He must be so proud of his team's efforts given his only marginally bigger budget than anyone else.

As an aside is Liewell deid ?

Haven't heard him bumping his gums for a while.

As another aside see they have been given yet another fine for their fans letting off flares in Europe
