Kowalski Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 Aberdeen FC skipper Foster ‘can be Scots star’ Craig Brown backing defender By Sean Wallace Published: 06/10/2011 CRAIG Brown today insisted Aberdeen FC skipper Richard Foster should be starring for Scotland. Craig Levein’s Scots face Liechtenstein on Saturday and World Cup and Euro champions Spain on Tuesday in a Euro 2012 qualifier double header. No Aberdeen FC players are in Levein’s squad after a poor start to the season. However, former Scotland boss Brown is convinced Foster has what it takes to perform at international level. Brown said: “Foster is ready for international football and is definitely good enough to play for Scotland.” Quote

mizer Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 Brown said: “Foster is ready for international football and is definitely good enough to play for Scotland.” I think there is no more proof needed that he is indeed dottled. Quote
mini59dons Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 I think there is no more proof needed that he is indeed dottled. Or bigging him up for a quick sale in Jan? We need to remember that most of browns comments in the media aren't for us, he uses it to (try to) up players games, get others interested or psyche out opponents! Of course he could just be old! McMaster Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 If he was still at the cream buns he would definately be in the squad anyway. Suprised Mulgrew aint in it. He isnt in it is he Quote
