Tyrant Posted January 11, 2012 Report Posted January 11, 2012 Which would be good news I think. Despite one or two "Jesus Christ FFS sake, min, Consi" moments this season he's still been good. One of our most improved players this season. Still need Isaac and Kari to sign on though. Quote

BigAl Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 Retard with fuck all new shocker Aberdeen set to make Russell Anderson a Don again despite injury lay-off Jan 13 2012 CRAIG BROWN last night confirmed he is looking to take Russell Anderson back to Aberdeen – even if he can’t play for the next two months. The veteran Dons manager is looking to strengthen his squad and had told chief executive Duncan Fraser to re-sign the 33-year-old defender. Anderson has been using the facilities at his hometown club since the end of last year to recover from a hamstring injury that prompted Derby to show him the door. He is still some way off adding to his 280 appearances for his beloved club but the Pittodrie gaffer is still keen to snap up the former Scotland star. Brown said: “Everybody knows Russell is a great player. The problem is that he’s been hit by injuries over the years but he has such a great pedigree and we want to help him get back. “There’s little money to throw around but I hope we can do some sort of deal to keep him. His experience would be valuable.” Quote

Tyrant Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 He'd be a good signing for Dundee. Not a surprise really after he was left out of the Forfar game squad completely. Quote
Jute Posted January 13, 2012 Report Posted January 13, 2012 Some chat on twitter just now about Dazzling Dazza heading off to Dundee Barry Smith was in the paper saying that they had no money to sign new players so would be surprised (and pleased) if this was true. Quote
manc_don Posted January 13, 2012 Author Report Posted January 13, 2012 I mentioned this to TC earlier in the week, i'm quite impressed with the way the club have gone about their business this transfer window. glasgowdon Posted January 16, 2012 Report Posted January 16, 2012 Farid El Alagui on a pre-contract agreement, anyone? Anyone seen him looking at hooses in Westhill? I was discussing him the other day with someone. Seems to be banging them in. What sort of striker is he? We need someone with a bit of pace. Quote
Tyrant Posted January 16, 2012 Report Posted January 16, 2012 He's a striker who's attracting interest from many clubs so expect him not to sign for us. TBH be honest I don't know all that much about him other than he's French Moroccan and he's banging them in in the first division. Quote
Kowalski Posted January 16, 2012 Report Posted January 16, 2012 Aberdeen FC need to get a wing wizard Craig Brown in player hunt By Charlie Allan Published: 16/01/2012 ABERDEEN FC boss Craig Brown today revealed he is attempting to sign a wide player before they face Rangers at Ibrox on Saturday. Brown conceded a lack of creativity was the major reason why Aberdeen FC could only hold Kilmarnock to a 0-0 draw at Pittodrie in the SPL. He is now trying to secure a loan signing ahead of the weekend. Quote
manc_don Posted January 16, 2012 Author Report Posted January 16, 2012 Hallelujah! Hopefully he's successful. Quote
