I can also confirm that 'Charleroi' is pish, and the only place worse than it in the whole world in Brussels, which is even more grim than I remember it being. I accidently got off the bus there thinking it was Tallinn and it's awesome. Much preferable to Tallinn. Despite this Tallinn bashing - I do think it's also a fantastic city. Quote
