Attacker Paton, who suffered the injury in training, joins fellow sufferers Hughes, Chris Clark, Isaac Osbourne and Peter Pawlett on the sidelines. There was some good news for manager Craig Brown yesterday when a scan revealed Hughes’s injury is not a serious one.
