In fairness I will concede he didn't have a bad game that night.

Still don't think he represents the future of the national team, but then again as will have been noted previously I'm not exactly excited about our national team full stop.

Hutton, when employed correctly, is a cracking attacking fb.  If he's told to sit back he does not have the tactical nous and end's up resorting to thuggery.  When told to push forward regularly with either a wide mid or a defensive midfielder (like Macarthur against croatia) covering his position he is a real asset.
