As good as he is I don't think it's worth keeping him on if he's going to be injured so often.

Correct. Decent player when fit but not fit often enough. Can be said about good few of our current squad as well.

This is sheer madness though. He's done his hammy in successive seasons while playing at right back - where he's less effective anyway. I know he's had a couple other injuries but canny mind the specifics of them.

Everyone and their dog knows he's much less liable to be in full sprint mode, and liable to suffer this injury, if played in his best position at CM. And credit to him that he gets up and down the wing when asked to, but the fact that we're putting him in that position because the club are too stingy to buy a right back disgusts me. We're essentially maximising the chances of one of our more influential players getting hurt. That's utterly negligent ffs.

ABERDEEN FC today hope to receive confirmation that the injury suffered by Clark Robertson isn’t as serious as first thought.

Robertson hobbled off late in the first half injuring his right ankle in a collision with Well striker James McFadden.

Aberdeen boss Craig Brown is delighted the early prognosis on the extent of the injury isn’t as grim as was first feared.

I know Roberston isnt the most promising talent we have ever had but

FFS. That cunt needs shooting, no wonder no-one enjoys playing for us.

Agreed.....fair enough criticising players and christ knows some of them seriously deserve it, but that is fucking awful.

Evening Depress 13/06/13

ABERDEEN FC today confirmed defender Andrew Considine is poised to make an earlier than expected comeback from a leg break.

It was feared the 26-year-old would be sidelined until September after he fractured his right tibia in their 3-1 SPL win at Dundee in December.

But Aberdeen FC manager Derek McInnes revealed Considine has been given the all-clear to step up his training programme.
