mizer
Going into October we have the best defence in the SPL conceding 7 goals in 8 games. Celtic have also only conceded 7 goals but have played a game less. The worst record in the SPL is of ICT who have on average 2 goals per game. tlg1903
Backs up what i have been thinking all season, Ando and Considine are the best cb pairing in the league. We have the same conceded goals as the tims but with the handicap of Jamie langfield

I think we looked better with him at left back but who do you drop out of Reynolds and Considine?
tlg1903
reynolds every time, Considine and Anderson as a pairing are greater than the sum of their parts imo
Tyrant
Just thinking about this. What happens when Naysmith is fit? I think we looked better with him at left back but who do you drop out of Reynolds and Considine? IMO my opinion you drop Reynolds. Hasn't looked as good as Considine this season although he certainly hasn't looked bad. I really hope Russell stays injury free because he's once again proving to be a massive asset. RDU_64
Has it not been Anderson and Reynolds mainly at centre back? Due to the injury to Naysmith, Considine has been deputising at left back has he not? Regardless, it is good to see that defensive record and means that scoring goals against us is not easy (if Clangers can concentrate for a full 90 that is). Just need to bang them up the other end and push up the league!
Reekie_Red
Sad stat really that Langfield has more SPL goals to his name than Vernon this season. REALLY hope Vernon starts bangin them in soon. He looked the perfect foil for McGinn last weekend, so maybe we might see some goals this weekend
Stewart
Langfield didn't chuck the ball in. It went under him.
Reekie_Red
Hopefully we've seen Anderson's obligatory single fuckup of the season. That was aweful for Killie's goal.

Just watching the highlights and can't see anything Anderson did wrong for the goal. He wasn't involved in any of the buildup.

manc_don
Someone on Mad posted them with a Russian proxy. Found it Have to agree, can't see Anderson being at fault for their goal either. I really enjoyed those highlights, hopefully the RedTV ones will show a bit more though, it sounded like we created a decent amount of chances yesterday. Everyone took their goals well. What a finish by Vernon though! Hopefully this will give him the confidence infront of goal again.
TENEMENTFUNSTER
Hopefully we've seen Anderson's obligatory single fuckup of the season. That was aweful for Killie's goal. I thought he was a bit short for Higdon's goal against Motherwell but can't see why he had a howler against Killie.
Reekie_Red
My mistake. His fuckup didn't lead to a goal, but it was a howler:
