Brown quoted in the record saying no precontract offers have been made to anyone and also again said that nobody will be coming in unless we shift players out first.

31. Though to be fair, I imagine at your age 9 years here or there is a fairly negligible difference...

Mmm, not too sure about, taking nine away put me as a youthful man in my early forties, putting nine on however tips me over the next big milestone.

Aye cos we have enough playmaking midfielders....................

Right enough, but i'm not sure if we really need one of those just yet. Other areas of the team need addressing first imo.

Six players leave League One Portsmouth following the expiration of their contracts.

Mustapha Dumbuya (RB/Winger), Jon Harley (LB/Winger), Brian Howard (mid - almost jock international), Lubomir Michalik (CB), Luke Rodgers (ST) and Lee Williamson (mid) have all departed.

Worthalook?

I see the retard has us hoping to tie Shinnie up on a pre contract agreement but they've not uploaded it onto their website yet. I'm assuming there are no quotes, but would certainly be a step in the right direction.

Pawlett recalled. No move for Robson.

And whoever commissions stories at the Sun's been on the booze clearly "St Mirren captain Jim Goodwin has been relishing the wintry weather, as he was desperate to ride his new bike in the snow." (Sun)

Skysports have quoted Broon saying he's not looking at any more midfielders as he's got Milsom, Ozzie, Rae and Hughes back in contention, and Jack nearing full fitness too.

It also has a quote saying he's definitely nae ruling out moving for a striker. Doesn't say if he'll move for said striker in this transfer window or the summer one.

Instead, he intends to put any funds made available towards the acquisition of a new frontman.

So nae defenders. And

"The budget is at its limit and the money for Ryan Fraser won't go to the team.

:hammer:

Said in the EE yesterday that Pa Broon wouldn't rule out a move for a defender in the transfer window.

You expect a man of his age to remember what he said the day before?

You expect the EE to discuss what's actually been said, as opposed to making up stories about what hasn't been ruled out based on what was never actually mentioned?  ;)
